Hotel Ist-Vest in Moscow

+ Wonderful. Metrô at 450m. Quiet and sofisticated.

Three stars only to the administrators and the security guard for their friendliness and responsiveness and for the location. They don’t do any cleaning of the premises there at all, in the bathroom there is a hundred-year-old plaque, the linen was not changed. All in all very dirty. Repaired a barrel that was leaking, so they didn't even bother to wipe the dirty footprints from the shoes on the floor ...

The hotel positions itself as 4 stars, but excuse them there at all and does not "smell".
Everyone knows that even if the hotel already has 3 stars, then there must be an elevator, unfortunately this hotel does not have one. The TV in the room does not turn on at all and at the reception they immediately warned that if we wanted to watch TV, we had to go down to them (though absurd, in our age of technology). Well, the number, I wanted to be better. Although in order to just come and spend the night (as I did), it's okay. But keep in mind that be sure to buy water on your own, because the hotel does not have anything to buy it, and about hot tea or coffee in the morning, along the way, the administration does not even know what happens in hotels.

Hotel in the city center. On this all its advantages end. The building is beautiful historical, but the repair in the rooms is old. Very dusty and the fly flew in the winter. The bathroom is breathing incense. But the worst part is breakfast. Opens only at 8, only 4 tables, served by one woman. The choice is small, pancakes were served from semi-finished products. 4 stars does not pull, but the price-location ratio is good.

+ Great location, beautiful building, good breakfast, next door to an incredible restaurant (Didi).
- Room temperature too low, water temperature too low, badly furnished, bed too narrow, no DO NOT DISTURB sign (maid knocks waking you up). Pity really, because with renovation and better management this could be a great hotel.
