- Everything in the hotel has been a long time and is in urgent need of maintenance and repair.The bathroom door broke down and I was trapped inside for two hours, naked.The weather is very cold, and the only thing that is lucky is that I can keep my body temperature with hot water.I asked the hotel front desk for help, but he hung up my phone and did not reply to the email.I don't understand Russian, so I can only ask Zenhotel's customer service for help.Fortunately, the kind customer service helped me.He repeatedly urged the hotel for rescue.I was rescued nearly two hours after I asked for help, but there was no apology or compensation.

The shower in the room is flowing, there is an eternal puddle on the floor, breakfast - two sausages and two fried eggs for 350 rubles, breakfast is promised to be included in the cost of living, but these are only promises, they cannot! Good hostel level hotel.

Loved the hotel, clean rooms, plenty of space, clean bathroom, very convenient location. metro 10-minute walk, close to grocery stores. There is a kettle, hairdryer, TV in the room. The staff is friendly, they always met halfway and solved any issues. We entered the position and settled in ahead of time! Will definitely come back!

This is my second time on a business trip for a month and a half. Quiet, calm place, 7 minutes walk from the metro, along the way there are all the necessary shops in general, next to the hotel there is all the necessary infrastructure. The warm rooms have everything you need for life: a TV with cable TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a cooler, a microwave oven in the hallway, a hot shower, a soft bed and good internet. There is also food, by agreement, brought when you want directly to the room. Polite and helpful staff. In short, this is the best choice for price and quality in the area!

I liked the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The parking in front of the hotel was free (although for 150 rubles, the cars were quickly parked and guarded).
