- So the only complaint I have is that I didn't receive my refund for my next stay... The front desk assured me that all my money would be refunded after cancelling booking due to the law of needing some sort of document to stay there after being there for 7 days in russia. I did the steps and cancelled and stayed at a different place but never received my refund... So I’m disappointed that I got lied to. But other than that I know its business and they are doing their job.

+ I really liked the area! And how clean it was! Everyone of the staff was really friendly! I also really liked how comfortable the bed was! - The location of the hotel is only convenient for those who have their own car! The metro is not far, but it is inconvenient to walk 500m in the snow on cold winter days! I didn't even see a store around.

Your run-of-the-mill hotel. For a solo traveler is good for young couples not so.

lived 2 days, there’s nothing to complain about, everything seems to be fine,
(though we only came to sleep)
the room is certainly small (economy) but it was clean and all the equipment worked.
the staff was polite. Free parking is a plus.

Good hotel. There are certainly shoals, but there are as many as it happens. Service is ok. Loved the restaurant. The rooms should be improved in terms of furniture and appliances, and they are very comfortable and have a good view from the window.

We rested for about a week, standard room, 10th floor. All liked it. Clean, comfortable. Parking. TV, minibar, wi-fi, electric kettle brought on demand. Room cleaning, towel change every day. Restaurant: good cuisine, tasty, reasonable price policy, room service. The polite staff at the reception and the maids. To the subway 10-15 minutes by minibus or bus.
