- This is our first time visiting Moscow in summer ( August ) coming from UAE 🇦🇪 , the taxi driver had to ask multiple people to just FIND the hotel. Once we were taken to our room we were shocked to find that the room was terribly small unlike the photos there was no air circulation or air conditioning!!! ( We were facing buildings not a Main Street ) Not even a working fan ( keep in mind it was summer ) , it was smelly and very uncomfortable and the room window was so small barely any air came in to the room it was humid. While the person who helped us check in on the first night was very helpful and friendly and he promised to fix the fan, the next day when we came back after a long tiring day, we were shocked to find that the fan was STILL broken and we want to the receptionist ( she was an old lady , the nice guy was not there ) she said and I quote (“ you don’t need a fan you came from Dubai the temperature is 24°C just open the window “) she refused to refund our money and fix the fan. We left for an another better hotel.

I stayed here and it was horrible. Not sure what was worse, the hidden camera in the room or the giant rat that was in the toilet. The management is horrible, will never go back.
P.S.-if you turn on a blacklight in the room, the bed lights up like a Christmas Tree

I was really disappointed in this hotel. They offered me the possibility to book a transfer from the airport to the hotel and I paid an extra for the driver to hold a nameplate. It was expensive but still ok. When I arrived at the airport there were a lot of drivers with nameplates but none with my name on it... I waited at the meeting point for 20 minutes then the hotel manager texted me to inform me that the driver could not find me. I really wonder where he was at that time. So they charged me for the "waiting time"... except that I was the one waiting! The experience with the driver was horrible and the fact that they charged me is unacceptable. My room was ok, small but convenient. It's a good thing that thel hotel is well located because it has nothing special, the staff is not even nice.
