Actually good place for the money they want. If you don't mind location
Can be recommended as an attraction for those who are nostalgic for the style of "scoop".
Here is almost everything remained unchanged – from the absurd inscription on the door in the style of "the area is protected by video surveillance" to the refrigerator "Saratov" in the room. Thank you for at least the plumbing was replaced.

The hotel on a solid 4 small but cosy rooms, clean rooms. Breakfast is delicious and varied, remain hungry is simply not possible, included in the room rate.
VDNKH is a touristic spot, tough not a good place to stay in Moscow for tourists since it's far from city center. From this Hotel you must walk at least 15 minutes to nearest metro station; VDNKH. The facilities here are ok and rooms are clean and quiet. The reception can't speak English very well and there is too long waiting for you to check-in because they asked to scan all pages of passport which I saw for the first time in my life! Don't expect even special view from your room's window. All in all it can be called a fair place for you to stay according to the money you must pay for your stay in this place.
