- 1. I felt it was too pricey. 2. We were asked to move to another room in the other wing after 3 nights. And that meant us packing and unpacking our luggage. That was very disruptive.
- Stayed for four nights, shampoo and shower gel were not provided every day.
- It was very hot, we asked to close the heater but it didn’t help .
- The area is far from anything of note. Essentially on a highway on the outskirts. There are 3 hotels next to each other with confusing entrances. Signage is lacking and even taxis get confused when trying to access the complex.
- This hotel has lots of Soviet era charm. The rooms look they haven’t been updated since the hotel opened. The refrigerator is very noisy, I had to unplug it at night so I could sleep. It’s actually more one or two star than three. There are onsite services but all are an extra charge. Somehow I could smell cigarette smoke in the room but it’s not clear where it was coming from. Perhaps someone in a near room smoking. I would not stay here again.
