- The hotel room was extremely cramped, small, and nothing like the photos shown on your website. There was literally no space to open a suitcase. It was impossible to watch national TV channels; only apps were available, and you have to register just to use them. The shower was extremely small—washing one’s hair, especially for a woman, was very difficult. There was a constant urine smell coming from the bathroom, and the shower drain did not drain properly. During our 5-night stay, the bed linens were changed only on the 4th day, and that was only after we insisted.

+ The location was very good, and the breakfast was sufficient. However, even though it is centrally located, taxis have a hard time finding the hotel. It’s advisable for everyone to be cautious about this.The kitchen staff were attentive, likely due to the fact that they were Central Asian.- The hotel room was extremely cramped, small, and nothing like the photos shown on your website. - عند وصولي الى موسكو قمت بطلب سيارة الاجرة - و كان الوصول الى الفندق صعب جدا وذلك بسبب بأن الفندق يقع داخل طريق ومكان مغلق وكان من الصعب على الخريطة تحديد موقع الفندق. الاشياء السلبية للفندق : (بالنسبة للغرفة ٢٠٩ ) - الغرفة المفردة صغيرة جدا بالكاد اتمشى فيها لا تتطابق مع الصور المعروضة التطبيق. - الانترنيت بطئ جدا . - التدفئة لاتعمل ابدا . - عاملات التنظيف لقد قامو بدخول الى غرفتي وانا نائم مرتين خلال الاسبوعين اللي سكنت فيهم في الفندق وافادوني بأنهم لم يكن يعلمون بإنني داخل الغرفة . - موظفات الاستقبال لايعرفون ابدا اي كلمة بالانجلينزي و كان التحدث معهم من خلال ترجمة قوقل . - الافطار لايوجد الكثير من اصناف الطعام . - لا يتم توفير المياه للشرب للغرفة - تم توفير لي مرتين فقط خلال الاسبوعين . - لا استطيع الاستحمام الا في الصباح بسبب لايوجد مياه ساخنة في الليل الا نادرا ، وفي بعض الاحيان لايوجد في الصباح مياه ساخنة بسبب نفاذها ويجب الانتظار لفترات طويلة حتى اقوم بالاستحمام . - اسعار الكوفي ورقائق للبطاطس والمياه والكولا الخ … مبالغ فيه . - كان هنالك تسرب من المياه بالعلية الغرفة، وقمت بإخبار موظفة الاستقبال للفندق وافادتني بإنه لايوجد لدينا عامل لتصليح التسرب الا في الصباح ولم تقم بتبديل الغرفه . - وتستطيع سماع الشخير بالغرفة المجاورة . - في يوم الثلاثاء تاريخ ٢ يناير ٢٠٢٤ كنت نائم الساعة ٥ الفجر و انفجر انبوب المياه بغرفتي قد يكون بسبب البرد و قمت راكضا خارج الغرفة بسبب المياه اللتي احاطت جميع انحاء الغرفة وللعلم كانت المياة جدا ساخنة و جميع ملابسي تبللت وبالاخير جائو عمال الفندق جميعا لانقاذ الموقف لان المياه خرجت من غرفتي الى خارج الممرات . - وبالاخير ، قامو بإعطائي غرفة آخرة وكان ذلك خلال اخر يومين من سكني للفندق ونقلي الى الغرفة ٣٠٧ وكانت افضل من الغرفة السابقة بسبب كانت التدفئة تعمل . وختاما ، كان من اسوء الفنادق اللي ذهبت اليها في حياتي ، و كنت اتمنى ان اكلم صاحب الفندق واخباره بذلك ، حتى تعويض لم يقومون بإعطائي مثلا وجبة طعام ام اي شي آخر ، كان النقود اهم شي لديهم اكثر من راحة العميل ، اذا فكرت يوم من الايام زيارة موسكو مره أخرى سيكون هذا الفندق اخر فندق افكر في زيارته ، واقسم لكم كل كلمة قلتها صحيح ولم يتم اضافة اي كلمة من وحي الخيال ويوجد لدي جميع ا
