- Room quality was rather low and far from being new. Window to the corridor means you cannot open it to get a fresh air - and have to keep your curtains closed all the time. Very doubtful solution.

For the sixth year in a row (I can't even believe it). We are with you. And you are with us. Honestly: we come as if to our own home. It is cozy, friendly, everything is at the highest level! The most important thing is that from year to year (and this is visible) the entire staff maintains its "brand". It is clear that the hotel is developing. And may God grant you all prosperity and well-being. Health to all and harmony in the family. We feel the support of everyone with whom we had to cross paths in the hotel on one issue or another. A deep bow for everything. The restaurant - special thanks! The food was always delicious, no matter what we ordered! We are very happy with everything!

+ We had a really good experience at this hotel. The receptionist spoke English very well and was extremely helpful and polite, which made our check-in process easy and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job — everything was always clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. There were small grocery stores and local places to eat just a short walk away, which was really convenient. The nearest metro stations were also within a 15-minute walk, so getting around the city was easy.- Nothing

Booked in advance on booking, everything went right away, called and they confirmed. Arrived, checked in instantly, clean, cozy, quiet. Offered cleaning, although it was not needed. Of the minuses, only that the bathroom is very cold, the floor is just icy, there is an air conditioner in the room, so we turned it on for heat. Overall, the place is good)))
