- 1-The hotel gate is unclear 2- The clean rooms have been renovated. 3- There is no new luggage attendant. 4- The host staff treated guests poorly and were uncooperative, including Irina and others who were there on July 18, 2025. (I hope the hotel owner chooses his wonderful employee.) 5- Breakfast is limited and can be served in the rooms. There is no breakfast hall. There is no lunch or dinner menu.

- it's good for being near Red Square but you have to walk for 20 or 30 minutes to arrive metro what you order is different from what give you. The quality of the order is not bad . but they didn't tell me about breakfast and gave us it in the room. I thought breakfast was self-service but no information wasn't in the site. There is no ventilation in the room. Not even in the bathroom. When you take a bath, you have to wait for half an hour until the humidity in the room decreases and it is so hot that it cannot be controlled with anything. It's just an air conditioner in the room, which is not of good quality. The room was clean only the day I entered the room. A curtain was installed at the entrance of the bathroom, and if you did not adjust it correctly, water would enter the room. This happened on the first day and although the room was requested to be cleaned, it was ignored.03.03.2024ZenHotels
