- There were free rooms based on Ostrovok booking system, but I got refused to extend my room till 13:00, lady at the reception even didn’t checked my room number. Omlet and shakshuka were with meet but it was not mentioned on the plate. How vegetarian should get the info if the meal is appropriate or not??

+ Hotel location was great. There were many place to eat and transportation was very convenient. Of course the hotel's breakfast was very nice for me. Great !!!! The bed was very comfortable !!! My room was very cleaned !!! I really liked the bright and smiling faces of the hotel staff and they were very friendly.

Great hotel , very clean and quiet in a nice area (economic zone) with a lot of nice restaurants / bars around.
Metro Station is just 5 min walk.
Breakfast is very good,
Well trained staff.

+ Very nice and helpful staff, clean, good location, very dilicious breakfast. About 5 min from belorusskaya exit D1. Around the hotel has supermaket, restaurant. It's not 5 star but I give 10 star. Very gooood.

The worst hotel ever.. If I contacted them and agreed with them on the type of room and the price, they would not have sent me the reservation email, except that they changed the type of room. I imposed and asked for a modification according to the agreement.. And they actually changed the type of room for me, but they increased the price!! Deceitful management, I advise you not to book with them.. and I keep the correspondence and the agreement that was between us

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfasts 🍳🥐🥑 (buffet): I have never tried pancakes tastier anywhere, the cakes are the freshest. They even serve fish for breakfast.
The location of the hotel is really convenient👍
Satisfied with my choice😇 I hope to come again...

Advice to the right of the Arabs, do not live in it far away from everything, their treatment is low and they do not know English even with the translator with difficulty. They charged us for two rooms. I saw him at night, he said, but you add five thousand rubles, and I saw in the morning, he said no. If you see the room you did not like, do not enter, but from the door, and do not charge you for the reserved room and the room in which you sit.

The best hotel in the area of the Belorussky railway station💫 5 minutes walk from the station on a quiet street. To fashionable cafes / restaurants 2-3 minutes.
The rooms are cozy and clean. Comfortable bed and soft pillows👍🏼Good breakfast, which is included when booking any room. The hotel itself is modern, clean and tidy inside and out. Pleasant contingent.
