- They switched off the AC and my room was hot, when i ask them to fix it they said it can’t be fixed because winter season already started !!!!!! When i insist to switch on my AC they ask me to open my window so my room will be cold !!!!!
- Some staff members weren’t nice, their come to provide some personal stuff and they were rude, they ask us to quit our child, as the child was crying that moment only. A big man talk very rude and impolite. Also the cleanliness was not good enough. They don’t provide you with a new stuff if don’t request. It’s has a small reception
- Bed is uncomfortable
- Bathroom had a smell because of no ventilation. Air conditioner wasn’t working sometimes
- Ac sometimes isn’t cool enough
- There is no luggage service you pick up your bags in and out
