It is cold in the room, there is only air conditioning (in which there is a lot of dust and if you turn it on, it will be all in the room), it was not possible to turn on the heat. There are no shower caps, very strange for 4 stars (caps were brought after the request).
The bathroom door is sticking, I could barely open it! I thought I was stuck ... The lock does not lock.
Instead of one double mattress, two one and a half - it is inconvenient to sleep in the middle ...
For this price it should be much better, after all, you need to maintain a 4 star level.
On the plus side - a very spacious room and a fairly large bathroom, very tasty and large breakfast.
Update: the door was repaired and the heater was brought from the second request. They also brought us two dirty, stained towels))
