- Front desk attitude I have always had a good impression of IBIS, and I have stayed in IBIS Hotel in different cities, for this IBIS, the facilities are very new, except that there is no sauna is a bit of a pity. I was very disappointed with the service attitude of the front desk staff. My friend's passport was lost, and we reported the case at the local police station in Moscow, and we also showed the report document provided by the police station, but the front desk staff said that this could not be corroborated, and he told us needed to go to the airport to apply for a certificate... The outside temperature was -26 degrees Celsius. I wonder if the Moscow Police Department doesn't represent public agencies? Why be so embarrassed, especially the front desk guy named Egor.

Hotel is neat n clean
But
No toiletries
No mini bar
At least in the room where I stayed.. but they can provide mini bar and later charge..
Anyways, I found it later that toileteries available on request..
Rooms are comperetively smaller than with the same price range hotels..
No smell of old carpets...
Bed was very comfortable
Bar was OK..
I had a small unplesent incident last night of my stay but the staff at reception dealt it very professionally and gently, special thanks to him..
Stay is worth the price...
Recommended if you are solo or with partner for 2 3 days only, if your plan is to stay longer, you can check other options.

I had a great experience at ibis Moscow Dynamo. Staff were very helpful and always had someone available to speak english. The restaurant was good, breakfast in particular, and the bar was reasonable. WiFi was a little spotty in my room but fine in the lobby. The room was a little on the small side but tidy and functional. Finally, it was a very short walk to the Metro which made getting into the city so easy.

I liked everything, but there is no free Slippers in other hotels but the floor is cold. This is straight sad. In General everything is clean and tasty food. Friendly staff.

Clean, beautiful rooms. The main plus of this place is nice rooms, convenient location and great Parking.

The only inconveniant is the location of the hotel, wich is far from shops and other touristic activities. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and luckily there is a huge mall just nearby.

Spent 14 days on business trip.
Eating a lot different, but the range is repeated every 3 days.
The rooms are great, the cleaners are poorly understand the Russian language, the other staff are very friendly.
To the subway about 15 min walk.
Near Auchan and a large shopping center.
