- The other guy at reception with beard could be nicer to guests. He wasn’t rude, but could do better.

+ We arrived at 2 am and we got room easily. In fact we got free upgrade. The guy at reception is really helpful and tried his best to help me out.- The other guy at reception with beard could be nicer to guests. He wasn’t rude, but could do better.

+ Location is very convenient, walkable distance to Baumanskaya Metro station, supermarkets nearby, nice neighborhood to walk around. Very clean Very kind and helpful staff, I sincerely thanks to the reception staff , they were super kind and helpful.- can improve on the wifi , signals were weak in the room

This is an absolutely horrible hotel. I have never experienced such depressing rooms. The breakfast was even worse. It was so bad that I moved to a different hotel out of my own pocket. If the HSE or their agency books you in here, run!

Rooms don't have air conditioner, and are extremly hot. Do not book here staff didnt do anything to fix the problem. Front desk person is very rude.
