Very good hotel Friendly staff Clean rooms the air-conditioner in room 215 started to ring in the middle of the night, other than that a rather pleasant stay we had had. Recommend

staff are v e r y professional and the female staff quite elegant and quite wonderful just to look at . Very polite and courteous treatment of the non Russian speaker that I am and genuinely eager to help this strange but happy and honest Amerikanski ! ? ??

Had the hotel room for two, the room did not have Slippers, glasses, no water. Nothing! Towels only for one guest! Hotel with stars count! But in Stupino other hotels without stars, and that is water and sneakers, towels and even a free Breakfast.

Really enjoyed the hotel. The modern design. Clean, spacious rooms. Good plumber. Comfortable bed. The small refrigerator. A safety Deposit box. Has everything you need guest for a short stay. Discounts on rooms. The price is quite acceptable. Disadvantages:
1. coffee and tea was waiting in the café, one hour. The bartender warned that it is necessary to wait. But not an hour. Moreover, in 22 hours, people were a little.
2. The room has no Slippers.
