+ Receptionist are very helpful and answer any questions to help tourists in Moscow. Plus they speak English. The hotel was very clean and great housekeeping. The location is safe and good for walk to go to bank, coffee, local restaurants, and metro station.- -

+ My request was smokers room but no one told me when I checked in that the hotel is no smoking hotel Therefore, they charged me 20,000 Rubels for smoking .. i discussed with them but they dont understand so I paid Some of the staff were really nice and supportive like Karim, Reda and Elizabeth- There is no Shattaf in the bathroom for cleaning with water No smoking shelter or smokers room

One of the most beautiful hotels I've visited. Lots of nice little things, very comfortable and has everything you need. The interior designer definitely needs to be awarded a medal, everything is done strictly and tastefully
