Those same crumbs stayed there for three days, which made it clear that the carpet was never vacuumed. • The windows and tables were never wiped during my stay. • The cups were not replaced at all; I had to call and request new ones myself. • When I informed the reception on my third day, they only sent someone to change the cups and bring water—not to clean the room. • Proper cleaning wasn’t done until the next morning, and even then, it was not deep or thorough. • Comparing this experience to my previous stays, I had just stayed in three different 4-star hotels, and all of them had significantly better cleaning standards than this 5-star property.
