Excellent team. The staff took good care of all the little demands of the clients who were travelling with me during our aurora hunting tour. We stayed here for 3 nights and it is Perfect for group travel and all rooms / amenities are new so it's a lot better than other 4 star hotels we tried in Murmansk city!
Very nice, cosily beautiful rooms - but in some places the renovation has not been completed, wires are sticking out. Smiling and friendly staff. Breakfast, if not included in the room rate - 500 rubles, a la buffet. There is a coffee machine, but coffee is not offered from it :) In general, a nice place, nice to be and relax. Nice reception. Rooms for taste and wallet. Free Wi-Fi. The organization took me an economy for a day. The room has (TV, kettle, towel, mug + spoon and fork) Something from personal hygiene can be purchased at the reception.
