The room was nice, the bed was a bit soft, and every staff member was very welcoming. They even gave us fruit on our first day, which was a thoughtful touch.
I was generally satisfied with the hotel, especially the beautiful northern scenery while dining, which was very pleasant and refreshing!
It's clearly a long-established hotel, renovated and fully equipped. Located in the city center, it's easy to find. All the necessary amenities are there, even two ATMs. Even the single rooms are spacious, with great heating and views.
I didn't understand why it had such low ratings before, but after staying there, I understand. First, even at reception, very few staff speak English. The female staff...
It's a very ordinary hotel, similar to those chain hotels in China. It feels like a budget hotel, but the price is definitely not cheap.
Environment: The environment is even more specific—very old and worn. There's a supermarket nearby.
The room was a bit old, but overall it was nice and the service was excellent.
The four-star hotel offers good value for money. The elevator requires going up to the second floor, and the corridors are rather narrow. It's about two kilometers from the train station, making it convenient for shopping and dining. It's relatively quiet at night.
The room is just great to my taste: comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean, even the bathroom and shower area. It's spacious enough for 1 person and also very quiet. I'd love to stay longer at the hotel, so I will definitely be back. Sparkling clean, especially in the bathroom. Shower area was great, no black mold whatsoever. Very welcoming and polite staff
perfect location when you take the early morning bus to Kirkenes.
Hotel is huge, comfortable. There is an wheelchair lift that can carry our luggages to pass the stairs. Breakfast is variety. The room is not too big, suitable for one night stay.
Excellent Room and Fantastic, Helpful Staff ★★★★★ I had a fantastic stay at Metropolis Living Quarters. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable—exactly what I needed. The real highlight, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. Especially the staff Anna and excellent service truly made my trip stress-free...
Rooms were okay. Neatly kept. So ok value for money. Cappucino was very good at the cafe. The decorations were really nice at the hotel. Location is good as the biggestj mall murmansk mall is 10 min walking distance. All in all the hotel could offer much better experience if staff was more hospitable.
This is the best hotel in the area. It's close to the train station, and also convenient to the shopping mall and McDonald's, which are right across the street. The hotel has many entrances, so when you're taking a taxi, make sure to specify the main entrance to avoid any confusion.
The area right outside the hotel is currently under renovation, so to get to the McDonald's across the street or the plaza in front of Meridian, you have to walk all the way around. They gave me a free room upgrade, which was quite spacious. The TV swivels, so you can watch it from either the sofa or the bed. The bathroom and shower are L-shaped. I didn't get a chance to use the other facilities. I...
The hotel's location is superb; our room had a direct view of the northernmost McDonald's! 🍔
Opening the curtains, you can see the house with seagulls, which is a pleasant surprise!
The hotel is not far from the train station, and you can almost walk to the city walk. Opposite the hotel is the northernmost McDonald's, as well as a pharmacy and a supermarket, which is very convenient!
The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and it is perfect to serve until 11 o'clock!
The only regret is that...
It's OK, but there is a problem with the sanitary sewer leaking
The room I stayed in had a nice view, two single beds, and the heating was a little insufficient, probably because I didn't know how to turn it on. It was close to the station and the supermarket downstairs. The price might be a little high because I booked it at short notice. The room was about the same as in China, around 200-300. I recommend it. Please compare before placing an order.
I went to the hotel after 4 am without a reservation. The hotel staff understood my situation, found me a room, and even served me hot coffee. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and the hotel staff were friendly, although their English was not very good. The hotel room was very clean and the view was great. Next time I go to Murmansk again, I will 100% stay at the AZIMUT hotel. It is a clean and nice...
Worst hotels, front office staff is so rude and always angry.
Everything is top-notch! There's everything you need to feel comfortable, have a good time in the city, and then enjoy a relaxing stay. The views are stunning. The elevators are like Fort Bayard—everyone who enters here must pass that test.
Nice place with good price. There was no concierge and for some reason the entrance seemed to have been moved to the side. The rooms are spacious and nice.
So nice and Cool place..Very usefull shopping Center at there
Great hotel in Murmansk. There are always free rooms. Of course, it is better to book in advance, through booking, then the cost will be slightly lower, otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend :)
Great hotel, great location, comfortable rooms. Of the minuses: there was only one bathrobe in the room, even after contacting the reception, the second bathrobe was not brought. There is no smoking room, which is not normal for such a huge building, given that there is also no place equipped for this purpose on the street.
Gorgeous! Pleased with the absence of checkout time, if you rent a room at 5 am for a day, then you live there until 5 am the next day. Great cafe on the ground floor.
We don’t like the manager who stores the luggage very much. When we stored our luggage, he was impatient and sluggish. He gave us a note, but he didn‘t tell me how to remove the tape. We haven’t used this note, so we don‘t know how to use. He saw that we didn‘t know how to use it and then became very impatient and reluctantly. This is not the quality that a person engaged in the service industry should...
Not safe for your belongings, which are compatible in size. I am an Indian citizen who has traveled all seven continents and around the world, visiting nearly 54 countries. For my expeditions experience, I visited Murmansk and Terberika recently to explore the Arctic Circle and checked in this meridian hotel suggested by ZenHotels . The real story: I had been staying at this hotel in Murmansk for the...
Rooms are okay. Service is average. Coffee is nice
Location is perfect in the middle of the city and rooms are very much acceptable (not luxurious). The staff is really friendly. There is no breakfast buffet on Sunday though.
Tolerable. The prices are too high. The rooms are small. The Internet often falls off. Breakfast - hell bottom (not circled), you first thought is not yet awake, when he saw the dry buckwheat with sausages at 50p kg. And 2G. Nescafe - Coffee. The location is convenient, staff is polite.
Stop here since 2011 year. Like everything-the location, comfort, facilities. The hotel staff is always willing to accommodate the client. The rooms are clean. There were problems, however, with Breakfast. But they were safely resolved. I recommend to everyone who stopped in Monchegorsk.
Often on business trips. Came here for the first time. The hotel is very much liked. Clean, tidy, repair is done efficiently and tastefully. The location is convenient. The price is quite adequate.
Economy class old soviet hotel .. just to sleep and go . Nothing special. Big plus for smokers have balconies each room . And rooms also hotel clean
We lived in a cottage with our own parking place just beside. The cottage was very clean and luxurus. The staff reacted quickly when the water was switched off. The continental breakfast was spartan. The security felt high. We will recommend to live in this cottages.
Breakfast not indulge, but to pecocet. Service for a middle-class hotel. Rooms internal finish does not Shine, but you can live. WC with bath, warm floors there. In cadm room has a big balcony. For the money, budget to the employee in business trip one of the best options. Anyone can travel large and more expensive the hotel to find where the service higher.

Good friendly and sociable staff there are water and therapeutic procedures) in general, not bad for the middle class
An unusual experience of a Soviet hotel in the best sense of the phrase, but at the same time a sanatorium and a pioneer camp. A quiet place for a simple overnight stay between the plane and the beginning of a new day. As an experience - I recommend at least once. In the morning, without an appointment, you can get an appointment not only with a therapist. really no joke. Pictured is a classic breakfast...
Sanatorium ala "as in the USSR." If you like vintage, then you are here. They feed well, cleanly, minimalism slips in everything. The staff are friendly and kind. Wai-Fi is not.
Very good, a separate territory, tolerable interiors ... I took a nine-year-old child to summer camp, very pleased with the "medical" procedures. Staff special friendliness is no different, but the negative is not marked. The aviary with a deer detached from life looks a little sadly ...
They rented a house number 3 with a gazebo and barbecue facilities. All is well. There is electricity. In the house stove. There are fuel briquettes. I did not like the fact that the house is almost on the aisle for the locals, who now and then walked.

Cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts. Rooms and bathrooms are small, but in principle it's okay. A small kitchenette is very convenient (but there is no stove, this should be taken into account).
It's about 15 minutes' walk to the ski lift.
Hotel Sokroma Hyperborea is a pleasant and comfortable option for travelers visiting Kirovsk, especially considering the city's smaller size. The room was cozy and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. A particularly convenient feature was the induction hob and cookware, which allowed us to prepare meals whenever we wanted - a nice perk not always available in hotels...
Excellent team. The staff took good care of all the little demands of the clients who were travelling with me during our aurora hunting tour.
We stayed here for 3 nights and it is Perfect for group travel and all rooms / amenities are new so it's a lot better than other 4 star hotels we tried in Murmansk city!
Very nice, cosily beautiful rooms - but in some places the renovation has not been completed, wires are sticking out.
Smiling and friendly staff.
Breakfast, if not included in the room rate - 500 rubles, a la buffet. There is a coffee machine, but coffee is not offered from it :)
In general, a nice place, nice to be and relax. I wish you to finish the renovation as soon as possible, and please all...
Lovely place and very cool people. We enjoyed our time here!
Nice reception. Rooms for taste and wallet. Free Wi-Fi.
The organization took me an economy for a day.
The room has (TV, kettle, towel, mug + spoon and fork)
Something from personal hygiene can be purchased at the reception.
The hotel is not bad: clean, tidy, the staff is friendly, polite. The room was not surprising: a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle, a hairdryer, a lot of storage space, a table in the form of a bar; everything is simple, no frills (we didn’t need them). Breakfast overslept, so I won’t write anything about the restaurant. On the floor there is a very cozy kitchen - you can cook yourself. There is a souvenir...
On the plus side, the rooms have been renovated. Of the minuses, you can use hot water if you drain it for a few minutes. Breakfast is not a buffet, three options to choose from - porridge, omelet, pasta. Pancakes or casserole are added.
We lived in a suite, I liked the studio - comfortable furniture, thoughtful lighting and sockets. Freshly renovated, massage jets in the shower. The hotel staff is friendly, cleanliness is good. But only some of the rooms have been renovated. Of the minuses - a meager choice of food in the cafe at the hotel.
Guesthouse for one night. Purely. We had a superior room. Superior because the bed is double. Breakfast without much abundance. A choice of porridge / pasta / scrambled eggs, also instant coffee, tea bags black / green. Drinks are served with a sandwich/casserole. My husband liked the porridge. Not luxury, but everything within.
We (2 bikers) were very nice, the rooms are newly and nicely renovated, Wi-Fi was available and the bikes were able to be directly in front of the Reception parked (including video monitoring). A very good Restaurant is located in a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast offers everything what it takes. We would immediately stay again at the Hotel Belomorje.

Great location. Restaurant was closed. Might have been a good place to stay with great views.
Beautiful view silence and swimming pool in door but far to center
It’s very nice location a bit outside of the city. The panoramic view of the restaurant is really great but food not so. Accommodations are acceptable. For this city it’s a nice place to stay.
Located on the mountain, the rooms tortured, everything smells old, no Breakfast, not even cereal was not. There is a pool and sauna which stays you can walk for free.
I can tell, because it was my dream to Murmansk! The hotel stands on a hill that gives you the opportunity to see the city from above. It is a beautiful sight. The best view of Murmansk. The restaurant is not very. But the panoramic view is stunning. Room 6 - business class, not bad. Two-storey. Warm. And the Breakfast buffet very rich and varied. Thanks to the staff. Smiling and caring!

Located in Apatity, Hotel Rus provides a terrace. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel features family rooms.
Nice hotel, clean, lovely staff, just 10 minutes walk to train station and city centre, really appreciated because we arrived early morning and they gave us another room to sleep.
Highly recommended.
Lovely room. Quiet. Clean. Exact same breakfast every day got a bit boring.
- Check in located on 3rd floor. No lift !!!
- Big room
- Near shopping mall, Five corner square
- 300 m. to Most Northern McDonalds in the world
Good location. It's on the 3re floor. You can ask the hotel's staff to call someone help to carry your luggage. Breakfast serve from 7 to 10 am which is excellent.
The room is clean and beauty. They have everything you want to use in room. Location is good to walk around in Murmansk. And last thing, service from staff is awesome!!!
The Pik Hotel is generally good—it's conveniently located for exploring Kirovsk, has clean rooms, and the staff is friendly. However, the room was slightly smaller than in the photo. The breakfast is decent, but you'll need to go to the hotel next door. It's suitable for those coming to ski in the Khibiny Mountains or for short business trips, as long as premium service isn't required.
When I went, the building was under renovation and the formaldehyde levels were very high. There was no front desk; I had to go to another hotel about 500 meters away to check in, which was very inconvenient. Also, there were no elevators, only stairs.
I liked everything. Good place and excellent location. Helpful staff.
Keep in mind that you need a vaccination certificate or prc test, otherwise they will not accept.
Ride on the training track! About 130-150 meters, since I started skiing for the first time, so I was afraid to use the big slope, and it is about 500 meters! Next time I will definitely go for it! For two hours I gave 900 rubles for ski equipment and 300 rubles for 2 hours of using the tow bar! The feeling is just great! Polite staff!
Good slope, interesting illuminated branches from the main route. There are trampolines. Everything is always well lit. Cafe right at the slope, put the skis and went to have a delicious meal. Car parking is a problem. Equipment rental at a decent level. I consider queues small at high traffic. Mostly urban snowboarders ride, there are fewer skiers. Slope for beginners, for them the most it. There...
Sever Inn offers accommodation in Monchegorsk. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a shuttle service, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. Kirovsk is 48 km from the hotel, while Apatity is 46 km from the property.
Great banquet hall, very responsible staff, delicious and fresh food
The hotel has been undergoing renovation for a long time. If you order with food, then you can't guess here. On the first day it was delicious, then not. For breakfast buffet, scrambled eggs, sausages are not tasty, porridge, pancakes, pancakes, eggs, cheese, sausages and pastries, I liked the breakfasts. The room has good plumbing, furniture sucks. Outlets away from the bed, TV standards. The room...
I was in the sauna. Steamed perfectly. Hot water was a little short. Something with a boiler. In general, everything is not bad. We use it often.
Nice hotel, decent rooms, very good breakfast and the most helpful staff.
The sauna and washing of clothes are simply a must. I have never met such low prices.
The hotel is terrible outside, but cozy inside. The breakfasts are delicious, hearty, but not very diverse. Accommodation prices are frankly too high.
Favorite hotel in Kirovsk, the staff is polite, rooms are clean, Breakfast buffet with pancakes and scrambled eggs. Of the minuses - the "Soviet" form of corridors, no weak water pressure. Smell of water in the entire city, it's not a bad thing)
Simply a place to sleep and leave your stuff. Old furniture, heating is bad. Hotel staff is friendly.
up to the third floor of a four-star, above - less. it seems that the hotel is in process of gradual renovation and the upper floors are decorated in the USSR :)
The hotel is nothing to stop you. But I was in a period when there was no heating and it is all spoiled.... had to go to bask in the Mug... push-UPS and pull, turn on the warm water in the bathroom! Generally fun! Photos do not do cold.
Start with the fact that the hotel in which you stay mainly shift workers. Those that drop out to work still holding, and those that watch home, they're disgusting, hence the conclusion, when I see in the way of a bunch of alcoholics. So what with children and all family better to look at other options.
Everything is good, but the impression is spoiled by the parking lot. To be more precise, the security that monitors it. There are places, but they are for the management. 3-4 places are empty all day. And if you gilded the handle of the guard, then you can take the place of the management. Disgustingly unpleasant. The guards are some people in strange clothes.
The entrance of the 9-storey building was converted into a hotel. The rooms are separate apartments. I lived in treshka. For breakfast, a modest choice (porridge, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs).
You can order lunches and dinners, they are a la carte, but quite tasty.
The hotel is located at the entrance of a residential building, the rooms are apartments. In principle, everything is fine, but in a Soviet way. But the view from the window is great! If you're lucky, live on the top floor and on the right side. The location is not the best, although you can walk to the center in 20 minutes.
Will do for one night.
The room is clean, linen and towels are fresh. In the kitchen there is a kettle, a couple of glasses, a refrigerator, a sink.
The area is quiet, but there is no soundproofing between the room and the stairwell. Far from the city center, the room is cool, knowingly there is a heater. Of the dishes, only glasses and a decanter. There is no plate.
Good apartment type hotel. The rooms are actually former apartments. But no buffet, of course, but only a rather meager menu. Moreover, none of your wishes on the menu will be taken into account by the staff. Whatever you give, eat. This is a fat minus.
