Breakfast tastes nomal, I think. No massage survices. Staffs can speak Korean not only English. Unfortunately they can't speak Japanese. You need get a bus or taxi when visiting center of town. It costs only 23 roble to there by bus about 10minutes. Totally it's not bad hotel in Vladivostok if you're the first time visiting there.
