The concierge's friendliness, was a 10. The restaurant lady's service was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Came to reception where they told me that I came to the wrong place and needed to go to another reception. So I was separated from my group (we bought tickets separately but travelled to one hotel, we'll so I thought)

Later found out that all my colleagues had also a SPA included and had breakfast in the same location, whether I had only breakfast and needed to get there from my location

Nice mini-hotel. Excellent breakfast. The room is clean, there is a mini bar (for a fee), hygiene products, a fumigator. Towels and linens are crystal white. For me, one minus is far from the track.

Golden Embankment is situated over the Pskova River at the bank opposite to the Kremlin and cathedral. Old building along the embankment are well renovated and make the ensemble beautiful

We had to stay in other hotels in Pskov, but we returned here and most likely we will spend the night here the next time we travel through Pskov. Another very important fact, the hotel is friendly to animals

You have to pay extra for a pet, but it's worth it. I highly recommend this place to stay. The only negative is the very slippery steps at the entrance during a snowfall
