The hotel is located in a residential building with a separate entrance. The rooms are not bad, ours has a split system, a mini bar. The service is good, the room is clean, all bath accessories are available, the room is cleaned, towels changed, shampoos added. The price included breakfast, which you can choose from several dishes. In general, it leaves a good impression. Not very far from the center.

1. There is no heating (in mid-October). The reason is someone dug up something somewhere. But! You can find out about this only after the fact and the price is the same. Walruses, welcome.
2. In the morning, the water was categorically not warmed up. I couldn't take a shower;
3. There are no cups and bags of tea and coffee in the room (this is already everywhere);
4. Nightstands with broken side slats;
5. Breakfast and dinner are not a buffet;
6. Plus: the girls at the reception are trying. Purely. All of the pluses.

For its level (3 stars), a very decent hotel. Very polite, friendly staff. Nice kitchen. Not a great rating solely because of the street the hotel is located on. And literally a few meters from the hotel and you go out into "civilization". Don't be intimidated by the view of the street next to the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice🙂

Great hotel! Very good location - the very center of the city, but at the same time a quiet street. Friendly and friendly staff. Clean rooms that have everything you need. Great food! A separate respect to the cook. Next time I will definitely stay here.

I rented a room twice in this hotel. Convenient location - almost in the center of the city, while the place is quite quiet. The room is cozy and has free Wi-Fi. Breakfast can be selected from the list (photo attached). The room has a mini bar. Of the minuses - disgusting soundproofing: in the next room they sneeze, and you can say "be healthy" and you will be answered. I was also upset by the lack of a bath, in my room there was only a shower, although the room was superior. The staff is polite and attentive.
