A wonderful hotel, in spite of the fact that there are no stars, I can safely say better than many 3 * there are of course their own characteristics - there is no elevator, on the 4th floor on foot (forced sports) for older guests will be problematic. Showers and toilets are located in the common corridor. But everything is clean, tidy, the staff is extremely tactful and loyal.

The hotel is super, opened in May 2021, located 10 minutes walk from the Kazan Kremlin and the metro, in a quiet place on the attic floor (4th floor, no lift), there is free parking. The TV remote didn't work. There was a lot of long hair on the bed. I cleaned it up and went to sleep immediately because I was on a long road trip and didn't have the energy to argue at that moment.

Great mini-hotel. Special thanks to the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. An unexpectedly pleasant place, it is not inferior, and in some moments even surpasses a 3 * hotel (previous stopping places on the road). The room is very nice, the staff is super friendly, only it turned out to be quite cool (the room was apparently well ventilated in front of our settlement) and there is no air conditioning, for which the rating is slightly lower.
