Azalya Hotel in Kazan

We paid 10800 for 3 days for 3 people and expected adequate service, but:
1. Before our check-in, they cleaned up so well that we found a nail from someone's foot right in the middle of the room, disgusting.
2. Noise isolation is zero, they are talking in the next room, while the dialogue of the neighbors is clearly audible.
3. In a room for 3 people, there are only two sockets.
4. After checking out, one of us left our things at the hotel until the evening (by the way, in a very dirty room, which is called the luggage room). When I came to pick up, I decided to go to the toilet, being a polite person asked permission from the administrator, to which the administrator said: "The toilet is for hotel guests, you are no longer a hotel guest, you left the hotel, but for the sake of exception you can go through." By the way, this toilet does not even have a toilet seat.

We kindly answer the kind administrator that we will never visit you in the toilet and we will never be guests of your hotel in the future. We will not recommend your hotel to our friends.

Always trips to Kazan for vacation left only positive, a trip for work and a reception at your hotel crossed out everything! The last point is today's breakfast!!! I'll try to attach a photo! Thank you!!
