Everything is fine, everything is cool!))) We are very pleased, friendly and polite staff! They serve a delicious varied buffet breakfast! The room is clean and comfortable! We came to the tournament with children. The hotel is clean, comfortable and cozy. The food is good, they ate for slaughter. Cons: there is no territory where to walk, there are no places to sit at night, well, the staff in the dining room is rude, slow, always unhappy with everything. Good at making money away

Cleaning of the rooms does not imply the replacement of slippers and linen. But compared to other hotels in Kazan, the service is not inferior even to the more expensive ones. Minus the star for the dirt on the bar. Minus the star for the feeling that you asked to spend the night for free. I'll come again, as the nearby timurhan is 3 times more expensive, but the kitchen is worse there and the rooms are more recorded
