Booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children.

For this money, we got a room with old furniture, a mattress with bulging and pressing springs in the sides, 2 mugs (children apparently manage, they don’t want to drink), no interior door (only traces on the jambs from its former presence), smelly bathroom (it smelled of cigarettes , the reason is not clear) and the front door with a frosted glass insert through which light penetrates all night. And the "cherry on the cake" socket for the refrigerator and kettle is one)).

Pros: Delicious breakfast, good food, warm room.

We won't come again.

The room has an eerie smell of a smoky room, the smell of mustiness and antiquity, there was no heating at a temperature of +5 at night. We traveled with a child, asked the staff for some kind of radiator in order to warm up the room, we were told that it was not there. We had to go to the store and buy a fan heater, otherwise it was impossible to sleep! The furniture is all killed, scratched, in places broken off. The hallway is like a hostel with old furniture and an eerie smell. In the bathroom from the top floor, water was pouring all the time when someone was taking a shower. It's impossible to breathe in the bathroom. There are no hooks and shelves at all. The TV only showed snow. We have been to 40 countries and have traveled half of Russia, but only here we saw such horror and indifference of the administrator. Even the booking could not influence them to turn on the heating or provide a radiator. Breakfasts - what they would bring, one day there was unleavened porridge, in fact they remained hungry. The bed is not comfortable, all the springs are digging into the body. The air conditioner did not work for heat. And not only that, he kept signaling that the filter needed to be changed. Rospotrebnadzor is not enough for them. We do not recommend it.
