Great place,aqua parc is super. Food courts at aqua Park are great. We stayed at the hotel and went for dinner ,it was no good. Shrimps were cooking for 55 min and average quality of food outside aqua park is bad. We paid 3700 rub for 3 kids and 1 adult and everyone left hungry Service in the empty restaurant was also very poor. We wouldn't not recommend to have dinner here. Breakfast was really good...

The hotel is modern, part of a sports complex built for the Universiade. Located on the shores of Lake Sredniy Kaban. Nice view from the windows. Nearby is a new wonderful zoo "Zimbabwe River". The staff is nice , people are friendly , not expensive. It's more like a hostel than a hotel.. but the warm welcome of people will make you feel good . Did is mostly local.. only get there by taxi car or feet . Overall it's not bad ..

Normal hotel , Nothing special , food is bellow average, far from center, in front of river and have a sport complex near by and there is a zoo which was close when i visited otherwise in walking distance there is nothing to see except river. for business trip its ok but ll not recommend for family visit..
