Kept waiting for immigration card for long time, I never faced this in any hotel in Russia before. None can speak English, not friendly for tourist other than Russian. All in all a really nice place, the room is well equipped (except air conditioning) and very well situated. Everything else was perfect, staff really friendly and breakfast quite small but tasty.
