San Art Floating Hostel in Belgrade

Our stay at Saint Art Floating Hotel on the Sava River in Belgrade was truly unforgettable. As a researcher working on water and sustainability, staying in a floating hotel right on the river was both inspiring and enjoyable. The calm atmosphere, combined with the gentle sound of the water, created a very unique and peaceful environment.

What made this place so special, however, were the people. The hotel manager Sasha, his assistant and friend Gale, and the rest of the wonderful team were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home – inviting us to meals, offering us rides into the city and nearby towns, and always treating us with warmth and generosity.

We also loved the hotel’s adorable cat, which especially became a little friend to my nephew Ahoora. These small details made our stay even more memorable.

We were a group of six family members (my wife, my daughter Boshra, my son Hanan, my niece Sakar, my nephew Ahoora, and myself), and all of us left with beautiful memories of both Belgrade and the people we met here.

This is more than just a hotel – it’s a place where you feel part of a family. We highly recommend Saint Art Floating Hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade.

The breakfast featured traditional Serbian dishes and was incredibly delicious. The hotel owners were exceptionally kind and hospitable, always willing to assist with anything we needed. Our room had an amazing view overlooking the Danube River. Everything was spotless, and the location was very central.

We were here with friends, and it was very cool! With air conditioning in the rooms, not far away from the party boats. The owners are more than friendly, even gave us money because the ATM was too far away the day we arrived. With breakfast included.

Best place to stay at Belgrade ever.
It was a great chance to stay in this hostel, located by the river, close to the center, and managed by friendly people. I would like to thank and send my greetings to the lady on the morning shift, who took great care of us. Wish to come and stay here again!

Beautiful Hostel!
Especially the people who are working there are so nice and kind and I had just an amazing time. Everything was clean, it looks really cozy inside and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your traditional serbian breakfast in the morning or just hang out and have some drinks. I would always come again! See you soon! ☀️💛

Amazing floating hostel, peaceful and quiet. Very helpful staff and friendly owner. Great breakfast. This is a place to stay if visiting Belgrade, but you want to be away from the busy city. Bus stops are just a few minutes walk away. Sasha and Momo will be there to help you organize your trips. They are ready to give you wonderful tips.
