I stayed here when my flight was cancelled and Air Serbia arranged accommodation for me. Everything was great about the hotel. Friendly and warm staff, extremely clean rooms, great location and connectivity with public transportation. The breakfast was really good compared to the lot of other hotels in similar luxury range in European countries.
The toiletries were a great surprise to me, the shampoo...
This used to be the top hotel in Yugoslavia for a long time. The design has aged, still contemporary although it obviously was renovated. Very friendly staff, a very good breakfast buffet, nice rooms with comfy beds and soft sheets. The biggest downfall is its location. There is very little if anything walking distance. You can get to the city center on foot in about 30-40 minutes, fast paced, or by...
Nice, updated-looking hotel, with spacious rooms, good wifi, working desk, comfortable bed, no toiletries, yes plant-based soap and shampoo. Kip-window, which opens a bit for fresh air.
Nice service.
Not the best-tasting buffet breakfast, although has some variety, with some fresh vegetables and fruit.
There is a good-sized swimming pool, open year-round, wet and dry saunas and a gym - free for the...
The Crowne Plaza Belgrade was a pleasant, modern, and extremely sleek hotel. You could feel the Serbian hospitality in how everyone, from the front desk team to the dining room staff, welcomed you. The facilities were modern and comfortable. I really appreciated the little touches in the room, like the bedside switch to turn all lights out. The food offerings were excellent: I enjoyed dinner buffet...
Location was convenient, close to airport and with Sava Centre on your doorstep. But the gym was closed throughout my stay, which was unexpected.
A wonderful hotel located just a short drive from the city center — about 14 minutes by car. It has its own spa area with a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, and several saunas. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. There’s also a massage service and a beauty salon. It’s a great place to relax or meet while visiting the city. Highly recommended! Had an amazing stay for 3 nights. The facilites were great, the rooms were very comfortable. Everyone was friendly. Special thanks to Francis from Two Kings restaurant. Made our dinner fantastic.
Very nice property. Great staff and great rooms. Well located in the city. Not far fromtge main square. You can walk pretty much everywhere you would need to go. The executive lounge is very nice and very private. If you have access it's a nice spot to go and hang. They have breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner service.
Amazing hotel, everything from service, rooms, food, staff and location are perfect. Both the skybar and main restaurant offer something unique for everyone. They have parking (covered), the executive lounge was quiet and clean. The room was big, clean and quiet. The staff from reception and restaurant were one of the most professional and kind people I met during all my hilton visits. I can recommend...
The best hotel in town! Perfect location, clean room, delicious breakfast and dinner, nice and proper service. Well deserved connie award. From kind and smiley doorman to helpfull housekeeping, all fb and fo team thank you making our stay memorable. It was a nice 3 nights stay in our beloved brand Hilton in Belgrade for our first visit to Serbia.
It is extremely unsatisfactory that the deposit of 12,000 dinars has not been refunded to this day.
I have been staying at the Hilton Belgrade regularly ever since it first opened, and it has always been my hotel of choice whenever I am in the city. What makes this place truly special is the way every wish and request is taken care of with such professionalism and kindness. Whenever I need help, the staff go above and beyond to assist me, making every stay completely worry-free.

There’s a little problem with bathrooms drainage system which is not very efficient.
Amazing breakfast. Great location.
Definitely very good value for money.
The parking is underground and accessible only by elevator and that slows the process of in and out of the parking in general. As well as the parking is not cheap.
Overall very good place downtown of Beograde that deserves the money.
Just be aware of the inconvenience of the parking.
Metropol Palace Belgrade is an elegant and comfortable hotel with a great location. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff is professional and friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team for their warm hospitality and excellent support throughout the stay. A great choice for both business and leisure trips.
had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall atmosphere and service quality.
Special thanks to Kristina Jevtic for their outstanding support, professionalism, and warm hospitality.

Overall a disappointing experience:
I booked this hotel 1 month ahead of time. I wrote and even got a confirmation that I would arrive at 12 at night and could check in.
When the three of us arrived, the receptionist said we couldn't check in until 3 PM. I chose to show the chat from Booking.com, and he showed me exactly the same... he said we had to call Booking.com. We called, and they even confirmed...
The room is spacious, providing plenty of comfort and freedom to move around. The temperature is set just right, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The lighting is bright and evenly distributed, making the space feel warm, welcoming, and convenient for reading or working. Overall, the environment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It was very comfortable to stay there.
A lovely hotel with excellent staff and hospitality, the rooms may look a little outdated but are clean, comfortable and everything works properly - the shower was especially fierce and wonderful!!! 🥰
Everything perfect. No suggestions. I am regularly going to scientific conferences. Comparison for *** hotel is in favor of Serbia
The cheapest room does not match the photos, Yugoslavian renovation. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. But overall the room is clean, bed linen and towels are clean, the air conditioner works, the refrigerator works. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It was quiet at night, I slept well. Suitable for undemanding guests.
It's just fine to spend a night or two here maximum. It's very dated, but clean. The location is not that convenient since the hotel is far from both city centre and Prokop train station. I didn't try the breakfast, so unable to evaluate it.
The room is old and needs to be renovated.

It is ok for one -two nights stay in Belgrad. Close to airport ( 20 minutes drive ), 5 minutes walk to Galerija shopping center. We arrived around 23:00/The restaurant was closed/ The bar was open, but there were only drinks/ It was impossible to order food or snacks in the bar. Breakfast was average. The rooms are a bit worn out, but ok to overnight./
Staying at Radisson Collection Hotel, Old Mill Belgrade is always a special experience for me. Very nice and high class hotel at the center of Belgrade. Food at the restaurant is also good quality but little over priced. I’ve been staying at this hotel since 3-4 years already. It’s huge and well decorated. It has a spa, a gym that is better than average in hotels, a couple of restaurants and in there is even a beauty place.

Hyatt Regency truly stands out among hotels in Belgrade. As a frequent business and leisure traveler to the city who has stayed in many hotels in this category, I can confidently say this is my top choice.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade for my final trip of 2025, over New Year’s Eve, with my wife and another couple who are close friends. The hotel was clearly very busy, yet the service stayed consistently excellent.

The standout of our stay was Strahinja in the Club Lounge. He was...
The environment is quite old, not worth the price. The service was also just so-so. The only consolation was that breakfast started quite early (most other hotels start at 8 am), allowing us to at least have breakfast before catching our flight.
There's a shopping mall nearby within walking distance, which is quite convenient for shopping.
After a great first impression and otherwise great room accomodation, a big disappointment followed when we realized that the heating was not working in the "king room" in the middle of November! The staff did everything they could, the janitor came twice, the last time at midnight, tried everything, but without any result. The system continued to blow in a fresh air, and it was 5 degrees celsius outside...

The Mona Plaza Belgrade is an excellent hotel — very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were friendly, professional, and truly know their job.
I also loved the view from the room. Overall, a great experience — definitely recommend!
The location of the hotel is quite good...20 minutes walk to the popular places of the City.
On the other hand, the hotel is comfortable and clean...the staff is kind, so the room prices are reasonable.
And Ms. Stojana, 9th floor is incredibly clean. Noone can say the opposite of this.
Thank you everyone, maybe see you again someday.
On the positive side, the reception staff were always friendly, polite, and willing to help. They tried to solve issues whenever I contacted them, which I appreciated.
Overall, the main reason for my dissatisfaction was the room cleanliness. With improvements in housekeeping and service speed, the hotel experience could be much better.
An unforgettable stay!
I had a long stay at Mona Plaza Belgrade, and from the very first moment until the day I left, the staff treated me with exceptional care, kindness, and respect.
They upgraded my room to a larger one, helped me with everything I needed, and truly made me feel like a king — as if I were the only guest in the hotel, even though it has over 1,000 rooms.
Everything was perfect...
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are extremely clean, and we were upgraded without requesting it, free of charge and with no additional costs.
The parking is private and underground. From what I understand, it has 34 parking spaces on two levels. Parking is paid (as mentioned on the website), but it is safe, and if you have an electric car, you can charge it free of charge. There are several...
The location is good. It is not exactly in the centre and not far away. You can reach the Republik Square by 15 to 20 minutes walking. It is also near some nice Italian restaurants. The hotel is quite good, and the breakfast is fantastic. The café on the first floor is also very nice. However, the room had a terribly strong odor, so bad that I couldn't sleep at night. I wonder if it's because the hotel is too old, but it smelled heavily of mold. It was extremely severe.

It's quite convenient, located upstairs in the shopping mall.
The hotel is perfect for a short stay. It's difficult to get in early in the morning or late at night due to its location. We didn't have to look long, but the hotel is on the top floor of a shopping center. This means you'll need to find a different entrance outside of shopping center hours. We entered through the parking lot, which I don't think is the best option. The room doesn't have many amenities...
We liked it very much, thank you.
Beautiful hotel in a convenient location near the pedestrian street in the center. It has a lovely restaurant on the top floor. It's located inside a shopping mall, so you only need to go down a floor or two to find everything you need. The breakfast room service is okay, although sometimes the staff aren't very welcoming for a hotel of this category.

A good hotel in the city center, I recommend it to everyone 👍
Very clean Hotel with excellent location and friendly staff, good value for money.
The hotel boasts a prime location, adjacent to Belgrade Fortress and within walking distance of the fortress and the city's pedestrian street. The breakfast is decent. Room sizes are adequate. Service is average. However, some of the hotel's policies are inflexible. One of our travel companions had a family emergency and couldn't travel; while refunds were negotiable with airfare and other hotels,...
The hotel facilities were good and convenient, and the service was standard and reassuring.
The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this level. However, the bathroom door in room 509 opened in the wrong direction, blocking the sink when open. Room 613 did not have this problem. Other unoccupied rooms on the 5th floor with their doors open were also fine.
Very satisfied. The room was very clean and close to the fortress. I felt the fortress was the most beautiful place in the whole city.

The room was nice, but the location was a bit out of the way, far from the main attractions. After a long day of sightseeing, it could be tiring. Also, the breakfast was just average.
Stayed for a week and spent more than 2000 euros. When I checked out, they didn't even help me put my luggage in the taxi. They didn't even look at me. This hotel has nothing to do with the gold paint everywhere. The staff don't seem to have been trained. The service awareness is very poor. The room is also average. It's just some superficial decorations. It's very average.
Good day. The hotel is beautiful, but the design is certainly not for everyone. The service is up to standard, the breakfast is good, there are many snacks, but there is not much food. We cannot rate the spa and pool, as we did not use them.
New, clean hotel. Everything is in gold
But for example, the bar on the 10th floor is closed at 8 pm on Saturday... well, so-so...
I would like to separately note the friendliness of the staff and the ability to resolve visitors' requests.
It's not a bad hotel, but the price/performance ratio is too low. At 1800 per night, it's not a five-star hotel.
The hotel room is large and luxurious with local style. The hotel supplies are a bit L0W, it looks like they are from Yiwu, China🤭

We spent New Year’s here for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place we’d happily return to.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nice breakfast a la carte.
Quick laundry service.
Good location, not far from the city center, beautiful streets on a nearby area.
Comfortable and not crowded lobby, amazing Ayurveda tea.
Thanks to all.
The location of the hotel is average, very noisy. The hotel itself is not bad. I can't compare with others in this city. But it doesn't reach 5 stars (if compared with other European cities)
The hotel has style, but some facilities are inexplicable and the service staff are quite smart. When cleaning the room, the teapot brought by the guest was taken away. The waiters at the restaurant and bar are tall and handsome, busy chatting by themselves, and the service is relatively poor.
The hotel is excellent, clean, freshly renovated. But! A couple of things slightly marred the stay. The hotel does not provide an iron, citing safety. At the same time, they offer ironing services for a lot of money. There is no shoehorn. The waiters at breakfast are friendly, but they categorically do not remove the dishes from the table until you leave.
We booked an executive twin room, but were given a classic room when we checked in. When my friend found out, he went to the hotel front desk and told us that the room was no longer available that day and could only be adjusted for tomorrow. After half a day of communication, they agreed to provide two breakfasts. The front desk staff showed no apology throughout the whole process.

I was impressed with my stay at the Square Nine. The hotel is beautifully and stylishly designed. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. The only thing that marred our stay at this hotel was the receptionist, Ivan.

An excellent hotel in the very center, everything is within walking distance. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfasts are good; I think they're the same every day, but you won't get tired of them after a couple of days. The reception is open 24 hours, and we checked in late at night, and everything was quick. I'd be happy to return if the opportunity arises!
Good service, few customers. Good location.
The hotel location is perfect. The economy room has a small bed if two wish to have more place. And the inside rooms are towards the AC machines placed on the first floor so might be inconvenient for some as the sound is heard to some extent inside the room. The buffet breakfast was not available only ala carte so we decided not to have breakfast in the hotel and take one outside in the city just ...
The hotel is in a very central location
Breakfast is not bad.

The Jump Inn is a great hotel in Belgrade with careful attention to detail. It was extremely clean and the rooms are very pleasant, equipped with everything required for a great stay- great showers, bath ropes, kettle etc.
We enjoyed the extensive breakfast which had a great variety of delicious food every morning.
There is some construction work going on opposite the hotel so rooms at the front...

There are many Chinese tour groups. Go out and walk to the right, then turn right and walk straight for three minutes, there is a 24-hour bread shop. Opposite the bread shop, take the 9A free bus to the New Belgrade Bus Station, half an hour. Navigate to the Impression Lanzhou Gate, walk for 8 minutes, take the 72 free bus to the airport, 45 minutes.
From the staff to the hygiene of rooms everything was awesome .No need to talk about the location though.Close to all transports and center .At breakfast there was so much choice and all of them was delicious.Such a nice experience 💯
Great location, comfortable hotel.Even single room feel luxe and the staff is perfect! Recommened!
Not so far to the Airport, Centrally located and offers good food as well.
