You can walk pretty much everywhere you would need to go. The executive lounge is very nice and very private. If you have access it's a nice spot to go and hang. They have breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner service

Had an amazing stay for 3 nights. The facilites were great, the rooms were very comfortable. Everyone was friendly. Special thanks to Francis from Two Kings restaurant. Made our dinner fantastic.

Definitely very good value for money. The parking is underground and accessible only by elevator and that slows the process of in and out of the parking in general. As well as the parking is not cheap

The lighting is bright and evenly distributed, making the space feel warm, welcoming, and convenient for reading or working. Overall, the environment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged

We arrived around 23:00/The restaurant was closed/ The bar was open, but there were only drinks/ It was impossible to order food or snacks in the bar. The rooms are a bit worn out, but ok to overnight

qe were uograded but to a weird room. a living room down and to access the beds, we neesed to climb stairs. Had a surprice at the check out, the hotel wanted to charge a bill from the restaurant we did not visited

without this proof, they would have charged us?! wil never know. And when does a hotel serves a full breakfeast at 7PM!?!?!??! If i want to have a breakfast at 1pm, they will not serve me

The hotel is perfect for a short stay. It's difficult to get in early in the morning or late at night due to its location. We didn't have to look long, but the hotel is on the top floor of a shopping center

This means you'll need to find a different entrance outside of shopping center hours. We entered through the parking lot, which I don't think is the best option

The hotel is at the center of the town and everything is close by foot. For taxi I recomend the Yandex Go App. It's like Uber for eastern europe

The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this level. However, the bathroom door in room 509 opened in the wrong direction, blocking the sink when open. Room 613 did not have this problem

One of our travel companions had a family emergency and couldn't travel; while refunds were negotiable with airfare and other hotels, this hotel resolutely refused to refund. This resulted in significant losses

It's a splendid, new hotel with relatively new equipment. Just be careful and it will hurt if you accidentally hit the corner of the bed. The sauna downstairs has wet and dry rooms and a swimming pool

You can also order champagne to be delivered. There is an extra charge for booking a massage. There is a charge for dinner and the presentation is good. There was no buffet when I went for breakfast

I went there for my wedding anniversary and got the cake in the second picture as a gift ❤️ It’s very thoughtful. There are also welcome snacks in the room, macarons, which are also delicious 😋

British breakfast and Serbian breakfast are available a la carte. There is also a la carte, and there is no charge for fruit juice and coffee

Quite far from the old town (if you consider walking, rather than taking a cab). There's also a gym and a sauna there (I haven't tried it though). A late check-out can be granted

Need to improve room service, as a 4* hotel we always expect a hot water cattle, complementary some tea/coffee in the room, at least a water bottle but these service was absent.

We stayed for 3 nights from January 1st to 4th, then went to another city, and returned to this hotel on the 5th. We left our three suitcases at the hotel, and the front desk staff very readily helped us store them

The bathroom had a strong, pungent sewer smell! We also had a garden-view room, which was less pungent, but be careful not to shower too far backward, or you'll get a "flood"! The hotel is very conveniently located
