The cheapest room does not match the photos, Yugoslavian renovation. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. But overall the room is clean, bed linen and towels are clean, the air conditioner works, the refrigerator works. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It was quiet at night, I slept well. Suitable for undemanding guests.

It's just fine to spend a night or two here maximum. It's very dated, but clean. The location is not that convenient since the hotel is far from both city centre and Prokop train station. I didn't try the breakfast, so unable to evaluate it.

Overall it's pretty good. This suite has a single bed that was temporarily added, which is relatively short. And there is only one bathroom, which may not be enough for four people, but everything else is pretty good!

Booked 3 rooms with my family. While on different floors (2,&6) 3 rooms were very clean and specious. Service from all staff was fantastic. Great location, walking distance to Skadarlija & the centre of the city. It's a small villa, the bed is very high and comfortable, but the room is a little small, there is no elevator, all the service staff are very good, the breakfast in the restaurant is delicious. This place has apts too. There is only about 6 hotels rooms. The woman on reception is only there from 9am - 3pm. But you can ring a number if you need anything. My my was very modern & clean. On one side, the AC units are in the courtyard the rooms facd, on the other side, the street and the restaurant downstairs is very loud (and windows provide not much sound insulation). It is very close to Airport City, so there are many business travelers. But why is the elevator so difficult to use, very slow and noisy. The family room we booked for three people was very large, with a double bed and two single beds, and five large windows. There are probably only three of this type of room.
