The cheapest room does not match the photos, Yugoslavian renovation. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. But overall the room is clean, bed linen and towels are clean, the air conditioner works, the refrigerator works. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It was quiet at night, I slept well. Suitable for undemanding guests.

It's just fine to spend a night or two here maximum. It's very dated, but clean. The location is not that convenient since the hotel is far from both city centre and Prokop train station. I didn't try the breakfast, so unable to evaluate it.

This hotel definitely doesnt deserve 4 star. Rooms were ok but bathroom had few mold spots. Overall rooms were acceptable. However restaurant service were the worst service i ever seen. I loved the Hotel, the room was big and spacious, the reception was clean and cosy and the breakfast restaurant was also very nice. People were as usual in Serbia, extremely friendly, so I highly recommend. It's 20 minutes walking away from Kalemegdan but honestly its a pleasure to make this walk before and after dinner.

The hotel was great and very close to the airport. I heard you can take a bus directly from the airport, but because it was snowing and I had a lot of luggage, I took a taxi instead, which cost about 3000 local currency. It was freezing outside, but the room was very warm. Juice and fruit were free downstairs. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I had a connecting flight there.

I just returned from three days at Hotel Nevski and it was a perfect hotel experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is ideal for the city centre and there are good amenities close by. I will definitely stay at Hotel Nevski any time I’m going back to Belgrade. Booked it because of the sauna and bathtub. There was a bit of a problem with warm water for bathtub. There wasn’t any just very lukewarm. Sauna is great, takes time to heat up but it does. Only bad thing is ..its in the basement, But for the price definitely for consideration

Great location, right in the city center, and it's a 20-minute walk to the free airport shuttle. However, during my four-day stay, room cleaning only happened once. If you don't want trash piling up, you have to take it out yourself.

Hotel is new and clean Location on the pedestrian street so close to everything, only noisy at the night. Had issues with ac. It was not heating, even after asking to solve it , didn't work As at night there was old lady who could not really do anything. Provide transfer (30eur) to the airport. In general good review

The hotels is ok. The location is really central but you should take in mind that it is really noisy cause there is loud music from the cafes next to the hotel. The music stops approx 00:00, so it is not possible to sleep before that.

Old-fashioned three-star hotel. Great staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Minus - quite far from the city. Considering the constant traffic jams in Belgrade, a lot of time is spent on the road. Good parking. I recommend it if you come to Belgrade by car By the way, the owner is a producer of the wonderful Perun rakia. I especially recommend the apricot rakia.

I won the lottery when I found this place!!! First of all, it’s super clean, everything is renovated, rooms are fresh and there’s everything you need for a very reasonable price. The people are amazing, and I could stay with my dog and a cat! I came to Belgrade to look for an apartment and I needed to stay somewhere for couple days, so these days at the Villa Ars were great, exactly what I needed....

A small cozy hotel located in the very center of Belgrade. The room is clean. The staff is very friendly. Excellent soundproofing, with the window closed the street noise is almost inaudible, you can sleep peacefully.

The hotel is well located, with a stop nearby for the A1 bus to the airport. We had some trouble checking in; we arrived at 12:00, but the receptionist wasn't there, so we had to call and wait. There was a very strong draft from the window (we stayed in January). If it's just one night, it's fine. For a longer stay, I'd recommend a different hotel.

This place has apts too. There is only about 6 hotels rooms. The woman on reception is only there from 9am - 3pm. But you can ring a number if you need anything. My my was very modern & clean. They will clean your room everyday, if you so wish, just like a hotel. It was so peaceful there. They even did my laundry there, for a fee of course. Would definately stay here again.
