Very nice property. Great staff and great rooms. Well located in the city. Not far fromtge main square. You can walk pretty much everywhere you would need to go. The executive lounge is very nice and very private. If you have access it's a nice spot to go and hang. They have breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner service.

Amazing hotel, everything from service, rooms, food, staff and location are perfect. Both the skybar and main restaurant offer something unique for everyone. They have parking (covered), the executive lounge was quiet and clean. The room was big, clean and quiet. There’s a little problem with bathrooms drainage system which is not very efficient.

Amazing breakfast. Great location. Definitely very good value for money. The parking is underground and accessible only by elevator and that slows the process of in and out of the parking in general. As well as the parking is not cheap. Overall very good place downtown of Beograde that deserves the money. Just be aware of the inconvenience of the parking.

Overall a disappointing experience: I booked this hotel 1 month ahead of time. I wrote and even got a confirmation that I would arrive at 12 at night and could check in. When the three of us arrived, the receptionist said we couldn't check in until 3 PM. The environment is quite old, not worth the price. The service was also just so-so. The only consolation was that breakfast started quite early (most other hotels start at 8 am), allowing us to at least have breakfast before catching our flight. There's a shopping mall nearby within walking distance, which is quite convenient for shopping.

After a great first impression and otherwise great room accomodation, a big disappointment followed when we realized that the heating was not working in the "king room" in the middle of November! The staff did everything they could, the janitor came twice, the last time at midnight, tried everything, but without any result. The room was nice, but the location was a bit out of the way, far from the main attractions. After a long day of sightseeing, it could be tiring. Also, the breakfast was just average.

Stayed for a week and spent more than 2000 euros. When I checked out, they didn't even help me put my luggage in the taxi. They didn't even look at me. This hotel has nothing to do with the gold paint everywhere. The staff don't seem to have been trained. The service awareness is very poor. The room is also average. It's just some superficial decorations. It's very average.

Good day. The hotel is beautiful, but the design is certainly not for everyone. The service is up to standard, the breakfast is good, there are many snacks, but there is not much food. We cannot rate the spa and pool, as we did not use them.

New, clean hotel. Everything is in gold But for example, the bar on the 10th floor is closed at 8 pm on Saturday... well, so-so... I would like to separately note the friendliness of the staff and the ability to resolve visitors' requests.

It's not a bad hotel, but the price/performance ratio is too low. At 1800 per night, it's not a five-star hotel.

The hotel room is large and luxurious with local style. The hotel supplies are a bit L0W, it looks like they are from Yiwu, China🤭

We spent New Year’s here for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place we’d happily return to.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast a la carte. Quick laundry service. Good location, not far from the city center, beautiful streets on a nearby area. Comfortable and not crowded lobby, amazing Ayurveda tea. Thanks to all.

The location of the hotel is average, very noisy. The hotel itself is not bad. I can't compare with others in this city. But it doesn't reach 5 stars (if compared with other European cities)

The hotel has style, but some facilities are inexplicable and the service staff are quite smart. When cleaning the room, the teapot brought by the guest was taken away. The waiters at the restaurant and bar are tall and handsome, busy chatting by themselves, and the service is relatively poor.

The hotel is excellent, clean, freshly renovated. But! A couple of things slightly marred the stay. The hotel does not provide an iron, citing safety. At the same time, they offer ironing services for a lot of money. There is no shoehorn. The waiters at breakfast are friendly, but they categorically do not remove the dishes from the table until you leave.

We booked an executive twin room, but were given a classic room when we checked in. When my friend found out, he went to the hotel front desk and told us that the room was no longer available that day and could only be adjusted for tomorrow. After half a day of communication, they agreed to provide two breakfasts. The front desk staff showed no apology throughout the whole process.
