The Belgrade Hills in Belgrade

We chose Belgrade hills as a venue for our wedding celebration. Belgrade hills offers facilities for an amazing concept wedding. Isolated in forst area in the middle of Belgrade. HOWEVER Belgrade hills suffer from a really poor management! We had a really bad experience with the catering service for our wedding! Belgrade hills, do not have their own kitchen, but they hire a 3rd party catering service. They charge a premium price, for catering which fall short by far. We heard that some couples had similar experience, and therefore we emphasised this aspect upfront. We received a menu upfront, which seemed really rich. HOWEVER catering that we got, did not come even close! Food quantities were insufficient and variety was less than what we agreed. When we complained the day after the wedding, venue manager told us that she is sorry and that their catering parters is the one to blame, and that they will pass our complaint. The same day the catering owner reach out to us and offer his apologies and explained that Hotel told them that we wanted to save on food and that we chose reduced menu! Not once we argued on price or wanted to save of food! The catering manager was really nice, polite and professional, he certainly sound honest, and astonished on how hotel handled this matter.

I definitely would suggest anyone choosing Belgrade Hills for their event, to reconsider or choose catering of their own.

Why is this place so overhyped? For me it's just average, nothing special. Plus the internet connection was unstable all the time I was there.
