Hotels in Kopaonik

We went for a spa day and the experience in general was great, but the 3 star rating is almost exclusively because of the hairdryers in the changing rooms. How can a high-end spa, located on a mountain, where it is below freezing outside, not have good hairdryers? The hairdryers they have basically do nothing, especially for people with longer hair. All 4 of us left with completely wet hair which was...

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and we were definitely very pleased. The food was very good. The hotel staff were incredibly good, polite and helpful. They help you directly if you have any problems. If I come again, I will definitely choose this place.

The food is amazing, the restaurants are outstanding, and everything tastes delicious. The spa center is luxurious, and the outdoor pool feels so cozy. I’m only sad I couldn’t experience it while it was snowing. The sports center hall is also great for any kind of activity. The only thing that bothered me was that the staff spoke a bit too fast, so it was hard to understand them at times. But overall...

This hotel offers great location, facilities, comfort, cleanliness, and staff. I love it. Location is one of its greatest strengths. The proximity to nature and views are often praised. Facilities & Amenities are extensive. The spa & wellness centre are excellent. It has a lot of wellness rituals, pools (indoor and outdoor), and generally the relaxation offerings are wonderful. The food is with...

A hotel which doesn’t provide heating during the summer season even when the temperature gets down to 4-5 degrees during the night surely doesn’t deserve 4 stars. The hotel charges 20 euros per sun-bed if you want to stay by the open pool longer than 2 hours. Parking in the garage 10 euros per day. Drinks and snacks in the mini bar 4 or 5 times more expensive than in the regular shop. Breakfast & dinner...

Decided to visit the mountain this summer for a change with the heat wave hitting hard across Europe. First of all the staff was really pleasant and I dare say amazing. The bartender in the upstairs lounge bar was an absolute delight every afternoon and evening. The lady working at the beauty part of the spa was always super friendly, was on top of every service requested and even gave us some awesome...

I'll evaluate this hotel using five-star standards. First, when we arrived, other guests' cars were blocking the driveway, preventing me from unloading my luggage at the entrance. At 2:30 PM, there were no greeters, and we spent ages searching for parking before dragging our luggage to the lobby. When we checked out, even though there were people at the entrance, no one helped my wife with her luggage...

Dear Viceroy Team, thank you so much for everything. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The beautiful pictures of Mount Kopaonik are breathtaking. The spa is small but lovely, and practically empty when the ski lift is running. We really appreciate the on-site ski rental and the very well-stocked ski shop. We keep coming back to the Viceroy; this is our second year as guests, and we...

The rooms and hotel environment were generally nice; although small, they were tasteful. The service was consistent with other places in Serbia—lacking in customer service awareness and overall just average. They even initially assigned us other people's rooms, a big blunder. For food, I recommend the restaurant at the Grand Hotel next door; it was surprisingly delicious. The skiing experience was...

The hotel is very good. Suitable for business trips

Clean and convenient, but no free parking. Parking nearby is troublesome

This is the best place to be in Kopaonik.

very beautiful place and warm , very friendly people very good location we like a lot the sweets and the cappuccino we ll go again

Spacious rooms, but no frills. Smoking allowed in the lobby area, making it very hard to breathe.

Great stay! The half board was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options for everyone. The staff were wonderful—very polite, attentive, and always smiling. The room was great: comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The spa center was excellent and truly relaxing. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts a prime location, right next to the ski resort ticket office. Beautiful snow views are available from the rooms, and the heating is excellent. However, housekeeping staff couldn't replenish tea bags and water; you had to ask. The outdoor pool was a unique feature, but unfortunately, it was closed for both nights I stayed. Parking costs 1000 dinars per day. The food was decent; it would...

The location is great, the hotel is right next to the main ski slopes. The room that we got was spacious and comfortable. Spa was great after a ful day of skiing. Food was also very tasty. Price is very high in the peak winter season, which is to be expected.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel management and especially to the manager Alexander, who speaks Russian, for the help provided! During my stay at the hotel, I fell ill, Alexander promptly organized medical care for me (a doctor's visit) and agreed to extend our room for another day, beyond our reservation, since I was not able to go on the road. A wonderful hotel with a HB meal...

I have returned to this beautiful hotel. The same quality services and professionalism from the staff. Cleaning throughout the hotel. Clean room with quality furniture, impeccable bedding and towels. Diversified half board with tasty and quality food. The pool is very clean and the water is very good. Free parking in front of the hotel. Tennis, handball, mini-football or basketball courts near the...

Clean and modern. Great time at kinderplatz. Kids had a lot of fun in a play room and pearents in the great Loby. Food was delicious. Pool and spa are clean, warm, my favorit time was at Turkish bathroom. I want to say thank you Ema from the pool, because she did grate job with my kid. Super kind and profesional. Thanks to Jovana and Veljko from restaurant we had a grate service during the breakfast...

What an amazing place! Hotel is super clean and super professional workers! Pool is amazing, worm and clean water. Just a cross the street there is a tenis and basketball court.you can rent requets or the ball 🏀 at the reception for free. The only think I didn't like is that there is no smoking areas on each floor so I had to go downstairs every single time I wanted to have a cigaret. Jovana from breakfast...

Good hotel, good rooms, good staff, good meals, good spa BUT: - There is no elevator at the reception level - so strange - I was injured and not easy to go to the room - A la cart restaurant not serving foods at all - no information about it, neither before nor at reception - if you want to have lunch, you should go to the center, which is a 20-minute walk - Lobby bar is not working at all - again...

Modern, clean hotel with an excellent Spa. We are staying here for a week as a family of 4. The staff have been on the whole very friendly and accommodating particularly on reception and in the ski rental shop. In the rental shop nothing is too much trouble, help with boot fitting. Help getting the kids ready, sorting taxis etc. The food has been ok. It is simple fair but plentiful and something...

A special vacation at this hotel with top quality services. Friendly and kind staff. Very good breakfast and dinner. Excellent swimming pool. Very clean and modernly furnished rooms. Large and free parking in front of the hotel. I will come back with pleasure.

Absolutely beautiful place right next to the ski lift. Hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The service in the hotel is absolutely outstanding and deserves five stars. Breakfast was extremely tasty with a lots of variety food. I’m definitely coming back next year.

the only thing that anoyed me is that at the reception the girl who gived me back my passport told me that i must pay one watter botle 5 euro i never touched anything from bar that was firts thing second thing was i gaved her 20 euro she gives me back 10 euros and 500 denars. ................................. other things were very good

Pet friendly hotel near walking trails, with nice breakfast options. They good wine selection and dinner menu. Rooms are furnished nicely and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. We liked it very much.

Very Nice Hotel This hotel provided a truly exceptional experience, exceeding all expectations. The staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and a genuine desire to ensure guest satisfaction. From the impeccably clean rooms to the delicious breakfast options, every detail was carefully considered. The serene atmosphere and comfortable accommodations made for a truly relaxing stay. I highly recommend...

Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms, super welness and spa.

Beautiful and cozy hotel, right next to the slopes. Excellent a la carte restaurant 👌

We stayed at Junior Hotel Kopaonik in February as a family and had a really enjoyable trip overall. The staff were genuinely helpful from the start and made things easy for us. Our room was clean and well-kept throughout the stay, and it was warm and comfortable after long days outside. The only small downside was a bit of minimal noise at times, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Food...

Our stay at Junior Hotel was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made a huge difference and elevated our entire experience. The food was excellent, with great quality and delicious...

I had a really nice stay at Hotel Junior in Kopaonik. The food was very good, with plenty of options after a long day on the slopes. The gym was also well equipped and perfect for staying active. One of the highlights was the ski slope nearby — very good conditions and super convenient, especially if you’re there mainly for skiing.

First of all the food is not that great a lot of the food dosent taste good, the only good thing about the food is the desert. The location is amazing there is a lot of wilderness and its beautiful the only bad thing is its hard to get to the location. The rooms are ok the bathroom is great especially the showers, and the beds are comfortable and it's easy to fall asleep, the TV's could get a upgrade...

Wonderfully restful place, friendly, good food, great massages in the spa at reasonable prices, house ski slope is good for beginner practice and a short walk to gondola taking you up to the Kopaonik ski system

The hotel is not bad. Most importantly, there is parking for hotel guests. The rooms are tidy and bring new towels every day. The food is great, but honestly what is not good is the hotel ski slope. The hotel does not have any ski pass discount for hotel guests. The ski pass is quite expensive for about 400 meters of trail. The price for a ski pass is around 15 euros Per/Day.

Spent 4 days here last week as a part of a business conference held on Kopaonik by our organisation. We were given single rooms with king sized beds. The room was clean and spacious, very nice view and direct connection with the spa center and the congress center. Congress room was big and warm. Spa center was open for our group. Really enjoyable.

Went to Kopaonik to get away from the city heat, and had one of the best holidays. The hotel provides everyday transfers to the ski center, daily walking tours and a outdoor spa, so your days will be filled with fun activities and relaxing afternoons.

Second time on Kopaonik this past winter season, and this hotel was much more than i expected. The hotel is 10 minutes from the ski cemter, but the shuttle bus is provided for the guest, as well as the ski room which is right on the slopes. So you travel care free every day without your equipment. Great idea! My kids loved it, as the spa has a mini indoors aqua park, and daily childerns animations

Very unique hotel with great number of accommodation units. We were given an upgraded unit which suprised us in a good way! Room was clean, spa center has two outside pools and one indoor pool with lots of wellness facilities. Food was very nice, there wasnt enough guests to organise a buffet so we ordered from the menu. Whole staff was pretty nice and helpful.

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Food was great, and inside and outside pools were amazing. Also, the walking tours organized by the hotel were really fun. Definitelly coming back!

We had a great time in the hotel, hotel is very clean, also the temperature inside is pleasant although outside it -6 degrees. The spa is really great. The food was the best part of our stay. Everything was fresh and delicious. The biggest negative about the hotel was that practically you have no place to stay in free time, no hotel lobby . There is a bar which i called a lobby bar but it is really...

The location and the atmosphere are the best. The building is isolated, but not far from the main ski center. It is located right next to the ski slope. Also has its own stable with horses, beautiful! rooms are nice, notjimg extraordinary. Food is great. Free parking

Food was fenomenal (so many all-you-can-eat tasty dishes) and the staff working in the dining room were very polite. Location is perfect, since the hotel is right at the ski piste. The indoor pool was cold (its small, so you cant swimm around to warm up, its meant just for chilling and relaxing). There were many kids yelling and running in the hallways on all floors and the stairs, at all times ...

I stayed at this hotel, and it was simply a fantastic experience! From the very first moment, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The rooms are spacious, clean, offering every comfort you need for a perfect . Every meal is a journey through delicious flavors and fresh ingredients. The food quality is excellent, and there’s always something new to try. Another aspect that truly impressed...

I stayed 5 nights, the location is perfect, the facilities magnificent, the food very diverse and endless option for vegetarians ( like me), the room spacious and warm, the staff attentive and pleasant, specially Tiana in the front desk, I definitely recommend

Mixed emotions, they do have great donuts and outside (when the weather is fine) is ok, however inside accomodation and overall service is not good. Sign "do not enter the restaurant if you are not going to eat" is a scandal!

Great selection of ready-made dishes. Cooked traditional style in the fireplace which dominates the dining room. Cozy and warm

odličan hotel, sobe komforne bazen i spa deo bez zamerke :) posebne pohvale za Nedeljka recepcionara jako prijatan i profesionalan čovek. vratićemo se svakako ☺️

Great pool, nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Great food and service at restaurant Nacional.

The spa near H apartment was ridiculous. It was cold, hygiene was not satisfactory. Staff was unpleasant, unattentive. Plus it is ridiculous that I need to give my id card to enter a spa. I have never seen such outrageously stupid rules. Not recommend at all. The apartment that I stayed in M4 was high level! But I will see to find some other place with spa to stay at next time.

Nice and quiet place, exeptional view, beautiful nature. During the winter time perfect for skiers, during the spring, summer or autumn perfect for walking, cycling, relaxing.

Apartment was big, furniture was new, but shower drain was cloged and when reported nothing was done to fix it. We left after 3 days and still was cloged. Heating is excellent. Food in the hotel is excellent. We were not given proper info about the Spa but girl that worked there went out of here way to accomodate our needs👍 Staff was very helpful around the hotel( few exceptions). There is not enough...

I felt like I come to my friends and family. Everyone was extremely nice to me and I had very good communication with staff. I liked that we had a common area aside from our bedrooms where we had space to spend time with other guests to play board games, Picado, and watch tv/movies. I also saw that they have a comfy co-working area and it was superb! I would like to come there for skiing and have...

Good conditions for this price in this location. The room was very warm, the staff is very helpfull and welcoming. All essentials are available, including paking place we requested. Requires a short drive to the ski trails infrastructure.

Great people, excellent food (if you like homemade and Serbian style) 💙❤️ The price is for everyone's budget!! Coming next year again 💞 I have found my place here 😎

Very nice and clean. The host Radojko is wonderful and is at your disposal non-stop. It feels like you are at home. 🙃

One of the many villas for rent in the Treska weekend resort. What sets it apart from the rest is the friendly host of Villa Radojko, who treats you as if you were his guest or if you were his relatives whom he loves and respects. Parking is waiting for you in front of the house so so that you don't have to strain yourself with carrying your luggage on snow and ice. The rooms are clean and tidy, some...

It's a nice rustic place, cosy and comfy. Our apartment was big with a balcony. It's a bit far from the center, about 15 min drive. It could be more clean, it was ok but there were two ugly dirty chairs that ruined first impression. We had problems with water pressure. They offer a half board service at reasonable price. Waiter was very polite, and he is there for everything you need.
