The hotel itself and the staff are polite and professional. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The way the apartments are presented on the english booking site is misleading and unacceptable. The booking pages heavily promote spa, pools, and children’s facilities, yet it is not clearly stated that apartment guests have NO access unless they pay extra. Breakfast, spa, pools, and kids’ amenities all cost significantly more and are only revealed after booking. Other extra costs (parking, cleaning, taxes) are clearly disclosed — which makes the omission of these major exclusions even worse. The gap between what is implied during booking and what you actually get is huge. We traveled 312 km with a child and would never have come had the real conditions been transparent. On top of that, we experienced loud partying after 2:00 AM that was not properly resolved. Rule of thumb: triple whatever price you see online, or don’t book at all. At that point, you’re far better off going to Italy, Austria, or Bulgaria, where pricing is clearer and value for money is higher. I regret choosing this place and do not recommend the apartments.

Spent 4 days here last week as a part of a business conference held on Kopaonik by our organisation. We were given single rooms with king sized beds. The room was clean and spacious, very nice view and direct connection with the spa center and the congress center. Congress room was big and warm. Spa center was open for our group. Really enjoyable.

Went to Kopaonik to get away from the city heat, and had one of the best holidays. The hotel provides everyday transfers to the ski center, daily walking tours and a outdoor spa, so your days will be filled with fun activities and relaxing afternoons.

Second time on Kopaonik this past winter season, and this hotel was much more than i expected. The hotel is 10 minutes from the ski cemter, but the shuttle bus is provided for the guest, as well as the ski room which is right on the slopes. So you travel care free every day without your equipment. Great idea! My kids loved it, as the spa has a mini indoors aqua park, and daily childerns animations.

Very unique hotel with great number of accommodation units. We were given an upgraded unit which suprised us in a good way! Room was clean, spa center has two outside pools and one indoor pool with lots of wellness facilities. Food was very nice, there wasnt enough guests to organise a buffet so we ordered from the menu. Whole staff was pretty nice and helpful.

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Food was great, and inside and outside pools were amazing. Also, the walking tours organized by the hotel were really fun. Definitelly coming back!

We had a great time in the hotel, hotel is very clean, also the temperature inside is pleasant although outside it -6 degrees. The spa is really great. The food was the best part of our stay. Everything was fresh and delicious. The biggest negative about the hotel was that practically you have no place to stay in free time, no hotel lobby . There is a bar which i called a lobby bar but it is really small and the worst is that it is smoking area. However i strongly recommend this hotel

I playroom is really good, I liked it. it wors in the evening, until 20.00. The also have sp for older kids. The staff is nice. They take care of them . there is a mice bar next door, ao the parents can relax. The swimming pool for kids is faboulos, the children liked it. The water us warm.

Amazing place in Kopaonik. The best SPA experience ever. I highly recommend "Magicni dodir Kraljevi Čardaci" and outdoor swimming pool. Wonderful experience for entire family. ♀️♀️♀️♀️❤️❤️
