The room was ok i guess,but thr food was actualy dicusting! I ordered the burger that was the same sized portion as the kids one but a bit more expensive(the difference was there was bacon).The meat was a bit raw,you could see pink.The bread was as hard as a rock.For breakfast the food was what you would expect from a 6 year old! The other review are telling the sma and the truth...

The location and the atmosphere are the best. The building is isolated, but not far from the main ski center. It is located right next to the ski slope. Also has its own stable with horses, beautiful! rooms are nice, notjimg extraordinary. Food is great. Free parking

Food was fenomenal (so many all-you-can-eat tasty dishes) and the staff working in the dining room were very polite. Location is perfect, since the hotel is right at the ski piste.
The indoor pool was cold (its small, so you cant swimm around to warm up, its meant just for chilling and relaxing).
There were many kids yelling and running in the hallways on all floors and the stairs, at all times (even at 23h) with no supervision from parents. Staff of the hotel should do something about it and stress out to families with children that the hotel is not a kindergarden. The noise made the whole experience much worse (which is a pity because the hotel itself is great).

I stayed at this hotel, and it was simply a fantastic experience! From the very first moment, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The rooms are spacious, clean, offering every comfort you need for a perfect . Every meal is a journey through delicious flavors and fresh ingredients. The food quality is excellent, and there’s always something new to try. Another aspect that truly impressed me was the staff: the waiters are simply exceptional! Always kind, helpful, and with a great sense of humor. They create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, making you feel at home and turning every meal into a delightful experience, not just for the food but also for the company. The hotel also has fantastic facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center, perfect for those who want to stay active even on vacation. If you’re looking for a hotel with amazing food, impeccable service, friendly staff, and great amenities like a pool and a gym, this is the perfect place. I can’t wait to go back!

I stayed 5 nights, the location is perfect, the facilities magnificent, the food very diverse and endless option for vegetarians ( like me), the room spacious and warm, the staff attentive and pleasant, specially Tiana in the front desk, I definitely recommend

Bad experience after we chose this accommodation, we lose other offer: 1) I try to call at their number a lot of times. Nobody answer. A friend of mine from Serbia called them and they answer only on whatssup and give me the correct email address. 2) after 10 emails send between us, the answer was that they don't have that type of room - after they give us the price and what was included. I will attach some pictures from our discussions. 3) the person who replay to my emails did not answer on subject and complete. I am not recommend this location.

What restaurant sells rotten/spoiled meat, admitting it and it's OK with it!!! - They said it happened previously on a couple of occasions!!! Came there last three times for lunch. The first two times, the food was ok and the service, though polite, was very slow and non-attentive. We tried to flag a waiter for water and it took us a good 20 min. The third time was a disaster. They actually served us rotten meat in the mixed meat. They admitted and only took of the cost of the peace that was rotten, mentioning it could happen occasionally. Meanwhile our lunch was totally ruined, especially for us who actually had a peace of the spoiled meat. I will not take my groups there anymore.

Mixed emotions, they do have great donuts and outside (when the weather is fine) is ok, however inside accomodation and overall service is not good. Sign "do not enter the restaurant if you are not going to eat" is a scandal!

Great selection of ready-made dishes. Cooked traditional style in the fireplace which dominates the dining room. Cozy and warm

Went to the restaurant waited for 5 minutes for somebody to direct our group to a table. Eventually we just went to sit somewhere. We asked if we could put a table together (big group) this was rejected. Service was really incompetent. We eventually just left without ordering.
