Hotel is modern and feels luxury. Spacious rooms, staff are very supportive during morning and afternoon shifts. If anything required in the evening they will advise to comeback in the morning for assistance. HK might enter the room even with DND button on, so be prepared. Food was amazing with variety options. Amazing spa and pools facilities. Most of the time hotel was fully booked with football teams. Location is perfect, you can easily walk to the center blvd and experience weekly events going on at the square. Special thanks to Suzana and all Receptionist, and Danko, Jasna, Jovan who was very helpful and supportive!

This was our second time in this amazing hotel and I can’t recommend it enough. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is certainly one of the best hotel experiences one can have in the region. The location itself is amazing, a dining terrace overlooks the main square and the lake And most of the attractions are within walking distance. The facilities - our kids (5,5 And 3 years old) enjoyed the playroom so much - they didn’t want to go out for hours, which gave us some time to enjoy amazing restaurant Kalem by Zak. The pool area was also spectacular and never too crowded despite the peak season - it is huge and childrens loved it. But besides the impeccable cleanliness of each And every area of this amazing hotel, special shout out goes to its staff - everyone starting from the incredibly kind, knowledgable and friendly reception staff, to kitchen employee Milena who made special type of omlette for our picky eaters every single morning. As someone teaching tourism and hospitality, I have to say that most of the hotels in the region should learn from hotel Zlatibor, in both managerial and HR aspect. We will certainly come back soon And we just hope you will maintin the quality of service and wonderful staff you have.

Best hotel in Zlatibor. We had a great time and will come back again. Beautifull spa, polite staff, best location, parking... We were so happy, especially our daughter, they have a huge playground with friendly staff. A large selection of food. The rooms are very comfortable and warm. I must also mention the pleasant atmosphere in the entire hotel, which above all makes the vacation perfect.

Hotel have premium location in center of Zlatibor. Rooms are spacious, clean, elegant with mix of modern and mountain house architecture. Cosmetic ion bathrooms are great, Italian brand, with pine smell. Food is prefect with huge variety of choice. SPA center is amazing, many facilities for kids and adults as well. All type of saunas, many pools and jacuzzi will make you feel sooo relaxed. For us children playroom was surprise, big enough with many interesting facilities. You can leave your kids with animation staff, they will take good care of kids and if they need you will call you on cell. During that time we had relaxing time in beautiful lobby bar. This is the best hotel on mountain Zlatibor by far, would highly recommended!
