This review is specifically for the spa, since we were not clients of the hotel:

The service was excellent; the receptionist was very kind and accommodating to our needs. We called, and despite the short notice, she told us we could come in for the spa service without any problem. It also helped that, being low season, there weren’t many people—maybe two or three other clients besides us. Anyway, the service was wonderful, but the facilities leave a bit to be desired. The pool water was quite cold, the steam room wasn’t working when we arrived (though they did turn it on later), and I think the saunas were a bit below the temperature they should have. Overall, the experience was positive.

Location is superb, the parking was not cleard of snow, water in the main pool was colder than expected, staff is great but one elevator was out of order for days in mid season, so it was hard geting in and out of the rooms.

It could be more stars if someone told us that parking is not free. We found out on check-out. Very unprofessional with remark that we couldn't park on official hotel parking, so we parked behind the hotel and been charged.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 10 PM and explained that I needed a room for myself, my wife, and our 4-year-old child, who would share the same bed.
At first, the receptionist claimed there were no rooms available, then offered me a room after some discussion.
The room was dirty, with a used bathroom and wet, unorganized towels. After I complained, he apologized and offered me an apartment at the same price as compensation.
But when I returned with my family, he suddenly increased the price, saying he "didn't know" about the child — even though I had explained everything from the beginning. Completely unprofessional behavior, lack of honesty, and very poor customer service.

Wrong choice. This is actually a hotel where tour groups stay. The rooms are large but the facilities are average. The shower room is still a long time ago. It is not very convenient. The location is good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lake and the commercial street. Because it is a hotel where tour groups stay, the service is just average. I met a group for breakfast and there was a long queue for dinner.
