I had a really nice stay at Hotel Junior in Kopaonik. The food was very good, with plenty of options after a long day on the slopes. The gym was also well equipped and perfect for staying active. The hotel is not bad. Most importantly, there is parking for hotel guests. The rooms are tidy and bring new towels every day. The food is great, but honestly what is not good is the hotel ski slope. The hotel does not have any ski pass discount for hotel guests. The ski pass is quite expensive for about 400 meters of trail. The price for a ski pass is around 15 euros Per/Day.
