It is situated just steps from lake and just behind the square We had half board and food was excellent There were mostly older couples bit we had good time

Stayed for one night. I liked the hotel. It is located right in the center of Zlatiborsk - very convenient. I would like to praise the breakfast separately!! Buffet, very tasty!!

We liked the hotel, the price-quality ratio is excellent, 5+. The breakfast is quite decent. The rooms are good. Zlatibor is a good place in the mountains in a pine forest, a healthy place in all respects. For rest and health improvement this is what you need. We ate in a cafe in the center, the view is good, nothing more to say. It is better to buy in a supermarket and have a snack of dry food or fast food. We will mark this cafe somewhere.

The room is big and clean, the staff is friendly and can speak English, but the water is not very hot and the bathtub faucet needs to be left on for a long time before there is clean water.

The attitude at the front desk is generally not very welcoming, and the processing speed is slow. The bed frame decoration in the room is made of cement walls, which is strange, like a half-furnished rough room! Facilities are outdated! The advantage is that it is relatively close to the square and easy to walk around! There are no good places to eat nearby. The first Japanese restaurant was terrible and the next pizza place was terrible too!

Check-in went smoothly. Although the room was a bit small, it was quite clean. The price was ok and the service was good. I have been looking at hotels in this area for a long time. This one also has the highest reviews on the local Internet, so overall it is good.

There is no air conditioning in the standard room type, but only in the superior room type! After entering the room, we discovered the air-conditioning problem, and then thought about upgrading the room type. The price difference between the two room types on Ctrip is 150 RMB. The front desk said it would cost 48 euros, which is 370 RMB. We contacted Ctrip customer service, who contacted the agent, and finally told us after an hour and a half that we had no choice but to upgrade at the lowest price of 48 euros. The hotel occupancy rate is very low during the off-season and it rains, and the service is so rigid.
There is also no laundry room mentioned.
The room facilities are not very good, the slippers provided are very thin, and the towels are not very good. It feels like a guest house.
