Hotel Iris in Zlatibor

Our stay at Hotel Iris was truly wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of, and that feeling stayed with us throughout the entire stay.
The staff deserves a special mention. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They were always smiling, ready to help, and made us feel not just like guests, but like people they truly cared about.
The apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect. It was very spacious, beautifully arranged, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. We were especially grateful for the baby crib that was prepared for us — such a thoughtful detail that made our stay with a child so much more comfortable and relaxing. Having enough space to truly unwind, move around freely, and feel “at home” made a huge difference for us.
The spa area was another highlight of our stay. It was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, offering a lovely escape where we could fully unwind and recharge. It truly complemented the overall feeling of comfort and care that Hotel Iris provides.
Breakfast added an extra layer of satisfaction. The selection was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food. Everything was delicious, well-presented, and carefully prepared. There was something for everyone, and it was the perfect way to start each day — calm, enjoyable, and satisfying.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Iris was warm, relaxing, and memorable. It’s a place where attention to detail, kindness, and comfort come together beautifully. We would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere — especially for families.

Very nice family hotel, not expensive very clean, spa is small but very pleasant.

Service is really good. Hotel is clean. Spa center is not so big but have everything you need and workers in SPA are very kind.

Wonderful hotel! Its got this old school vibe with tons of warmth and kindness. The staff is very polite and the facility is very clean. Being Indians and not speaking the local dialect, communication was a bit of a struggle but there are some staff that speak english and would really guide us on what to tey out or do 😊😊. Walking distance from the city centre and a nice neighbourhood.

Great hotel in the quiet part of the city but only couple of minutes away from the main square. Room(s) are and food are great and there are bunch of amenities included in the price. Staff is helpful and professional.

A very fine, new and clean hotel. Rooms perfectly kept, bathroom spacious. Staff friendly, from the reception, over cleaners to the pretty spa/pool.
The breakfast buffet is truly excellent, abundant and diverse.
Takes less minutes on foot to the so-called center, but driving around - plenty of pointers available on the net and at info point in the local tourist bureau - is a much better option.
Great nature: green highlands, a cave and a waterfall and good restaurants with local delicacies.
