Brilliant! The weather was not great, but pools and saunas were perfect. Wonderful stay.

It was a great stay. Only obstacle was that Movenpick did not recognize USA ID from my daughter at the check in but at the same time, they did recognize USA ID for my spouse. That all together extended and unnecessary complicated registration process. Other than that Resort was great.

Nice and clean room. Breakfast and dinner have huge selection. The best part was the spa has several pools with different temperature. Our favorite was outside next to the heated pool. Temperature was just right for swimming and beautiful in the evening.

It was a perfect weekend somewhere in mountains.

Loved the location. Just off the main road perfect for walks any time or day and close by to different amenities I run warm so a cooler temperature was necessary. The hotel is average, and the restaurant is good. The location is OK, and it is not very affected if you drive by yourself, and it is convenient to the attractions. The place looks like a palace from the lobby, although rooms are not that awesome, nor are the bathrooms. AC worked like it could not suffer the heat outside but it was only 23 C back then. The audibility in the rooms of the "hotel for adults" should probably be improved. I asked to be placed in the quietest room, but as soon as I lay down to rest, the sounds of 18+ from the neighboring room were not long in coming. Not the hotel's fault, of course, I understand. The pools in the neighboring "Frushka Termy" are all the same with the same temperature, which makes it absolutely pointless...

This is my second time staying at hotel. Stuff is very friendly, and hotel has all amenities for a very comfortable stay. Spa can compare with any European spa!! Excellent!! I love how quiet it is. Hello We stayed here on December 31, 2023. The hotel was amazing. It was very comfortable. The location was very good. It was very clean. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. Very nice hotel Very nice hotel, the room was quite large and clean. Only drawback is that it is a 1.2 mile walk to the old city so there isn't a whole lot going in the area around the hotel.

The rooms were a bit dated, but the jacuzzi and the baldachin bed was awesome overall. The breakfast was great too, for 3 euros it was really cheap. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is that the pool was out of service for our entire weekend and we were looking forward to that as well. The hotel is one of the best in Novi Sad. We had a spa apartment with jacuzzi and baldahin bed. The room is new, furniture and room design fantastic and modern. Mosaic on the wall is beautiful. Jacuzzi tube is next to bed. A leather sofa is modern and comfy. Fridge has various options of drink. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, buffet wide choice. Staff was more than fantastic. This riverside restaurant has two section one for tourist companies and one for private dinners. We were there as a group. The food was fairly average with soup, salad and a main of overcooked tough chicken or was it pork , there was a difference of opinion from the group. The dessert was a rich chocolate cake. The service was friendly and efficient.

We had a terrible time checking in, our room smelt of gas so we had to move our luggage out and wait for it to be fixed. They did resolve the problem. The location is an hour walk from the city centre.

The rooms are nice, but in the New Years Party the food was not good, bad starter, bad main dish and desert. Nobody told us the party is over at 2AM. Other days the food was good.

The room was okay, but the parking lot was small, so you need to be careful when backing up. The room we were given was the last one on the list, next to a nightclub, so it was extremely noisy at night and I couldn't sleep.

The hotel is brand new. It is very close to the centre of Novi Sad (5mins walk), in a very quiet neighbourhood. Staff is very polite. It also has a closed parking which was very important for our bikes. If I visit Novi Sad again I will definitely choose it

Hotel is located just steps away from Novi Sad's pedestrianized zone, Republic Square, and Danube Park. It's about a 20 minute walk across the Danube to the fortress on the river bluff. Wonderful vistas of the Danube and Novi Sad. Hotel Putnik has a nice breakfast buffet, good wifi, ample hot water in the shower. There's limited onsite parking but I was able to secure one of the spots available

I've visited the pool which is fantastic, it's being filled with a unique natural thermomineral water. My visit was great. The only downside is that the saunas weren't functional this time of year. Overall, I'd recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel during The Exit Festival. Despite being very busy, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast were tasty. Overall, I am grateful for the experience. If I ever visit Novi Sad again, I would definitely choose this accommodation.
