Breakfast was satisfactory, and the hotel’s location was excellent. The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool—there are two great pools available for guests to use. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioner used for heating was extremely noisy, and the bathroom accessories were outdated and not functioning properly. Additionally, the pool service was lacking—basic amenities like towels and slippers were not readily provided, and access seemed to depend on the availability of lobby staff

Actually we stayed for one night, let me begin with the merits:
Mr Vagnel, the receptionist is very kind and helpful whereas the girl is the daytime shift does not smile at all. Another guy who is called Martin, he works at night in case of emergency, helped me to open my door because I forgot my key. The breakfast was acceptable despite it was simple
On the other hand, the demerits are:
1 the hotel is very hard to find in particular its car parking, streets are very narrow.
2 the bedrooms were not comfortable enough.
3 the noises of the construction works were unbearable in the neighbourhood.
4 there is neither coffee nor tea in the room. 5 the check-out time is at 10 a.m.
6 the fitness center has only few machines with dumbells. 7 there is no person of the staff working after 23:00 i.e if anything emergent happens you have to ring a number, this needs time to reach you. Finally speaking, it is a waste of money to stay at this hotel, it is up to you to choose it or not but for me I ain't gonna do it again.

Great for an extended weekend or overnight stay. Only disadvantage : no pool. Great location for Novi Sad central strolling. Nice rooms.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, with a beautiful view to the Church of the Assumption of Our Lady. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the only thing was a typical bad smell from the bathroom. Staff is very friendly (with exception to a waiter at the restaurant, who was quiet rude to those who would dare to stay later for the appointed food service hours, both for breakfast and lunch).
