An extraordinary hotel!!! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The reception was excellent, the rooms were superb, the people who work there were so kind and warm, there were no fake smiles, it felt like home... I especially want to mention the staff who work the sleighs, always smiling, kind, helpful in times of need. These hardworking people take the hotel to another level!!! I definitely recommend it to everyone!!!

Everything is excellent. The hotel offer that intimacy of a relaxing weekend.
The wellness area is great,modest -but relaxing.
The food is above medium,large portions.
I recommand the offer of the Weekend package 👏. The cappuccino ☕️at the breakfast is a quality one,foam milk,excellent. I really appreciate.
Maybe,the labels for the dishes at breakfast to be assigned to the delights 😁.
The staff is kind and I highly appreciate the responses via emails. 👏👏👏professional.
All in,a good price for a pleasant weekend.

Superb customer service levels. Amazing spa which we almost had entirely to ourselves. Can’t fault it excellent. Location maybe closer to town but it’s so cheap for taxis.

Great hotel with a funky neo-baroque style. We loved it!
Very friendly, helpful and professional staff and a nice little pool+sauna spa in the cellar.
Central in the town with walking distance to several nice restaurants.

Perfect hotel for spending some days to visit Novi Sad. Starting with reception, you are welcoming with smile and all information need from nice ladies and continuing with clean rooms and perfect beds, tasty breakfast and refreshing inside pool and spa, private parking, makes your stay to be awesome. Also the hotel has gym where you can take of your body.

I don’t know how this hotel got this rating. First of all the staff is not very helpful. Second, the air conditioning does not work at all. I had to open my windows and listen to a busy street all night long and couldn’t get any sleep. Half the time the desk is not maned in the front. If you ask for any help or any extra amenities they do not do so or are not helpful. I don’t see how they’ve clean the rooms in anyway at all either. The room has leaky bathroom fixtures, leaving water on the floor making everything wet. In the bathroom, there is no place to place your amenities so that you can do what you need to do.

The rooms are stuffy and warm and the air conditioning doesn’t work. When I try to address this, they said that’s just how it is. I had to open the windows and listen to a noisy street instead of getting a good nights sleep. The rooms are in adequate And parts of the bathroom. Do not work. There is no space to put your amenities. The staff is not helpful.

The room we were assigned was right next to the toilet! Worst room ever! The bed was very small and the room smelled bad! There are only 2 places to charge in the whole room, which is a very bad experience
