I've visited the pool which is fantastic, it's being filled with a unique natural thermomineral water. My visit was great. The only downside is that the saunas weren't functional this time of year. Overall, I'd recommend this place.

You may find more luxury accommodation, but hardly better service. The personal touch here is outstanding!

I stayed at this hotel during The Exit Festival. Despite being very busy, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast were tasty. Overall, I am grateful for the experience. If I ever visit Novi Sad again, I would definitely choose this accommodation.

Really nice hotel in downtown Zrenjanin. Great price/ quality ratio. Super comfortable and staff was very kind, with private parking. Room was quite big and nice. Breakfast was really delicious. They could improve a little more on the cleaning side.

I think we spent a total of 9 nights in this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are wonderful, the restaurant is great, the breakfast is fabulous and our view of the square was beyond amazing! The area around the hotel is a bit noisy at night, but i guess that is a expected when staying in the city. If i have to choose an issue with the hotel itself, i would say the showers are a bit small. But if there was ever a need to stay again in that region of Serbia, i would, without a doubt, choose to stay at this hotel again. Probably one of the better hotels in this part of Serbia.

The hotel is brand new. It is very close to the centre of Novi Sad (5mins walk), in a very quiet neighbourhood. Staff is very polite. It also has a closed parking which was very important for our bikes. If I visit Novi Sad again I will definitely choose it

Room is handicapped accessible, the staff is very friendly and helpful, place is clean it offers a garage, the ramp to enter the hotel could be better, but it’s manageable, I would not recommend it to someone going by them self ( if you are a Wheelchair user) you would need someone to help with the doors, parking gate etc. All in all the place is great, second time I am staying here and will come...

Everything was amazing but pools and spa were overcrowded at times which was a bit overwhelming and didnt feel very sanitary having hundereds of people in thouse saunas.

Excellent! Each house has its own parking lot - very convenient, but it is unclear how the barrier opens. In the room: free mini-bar (two bottles of water, two juices, two Pepsi). We asked to bring more water, they brought it, thank you very much. Also in the house there is a coffee machine with capsules, the coffee is very tasty, but strong for me, there is not enough cream in the mini-bar or milk...

We thought it would be fun to stay in a castle, especially such an historic one, but it was not exactly the lap of luxury. The décor in the rooms is somewhat dated. The bed was OK, shower was excellent (once we’d figure out how to work it), and there were plenty of towels. They supplied toiletries but we didn’t use them. We enjoyed a great view of the city across the river from our window and a walk...

The hotel is located inside the castle, that makes it amazing. The personnel is helpful and polite. Room with view to the river is recommended. The city is not far if you walk through the tunnel - srairs. Highly recommended for staying.

Pleasant hotel in the fine fortress the Austrians left in Petrovaradin in the 18th century. In a quiet position, many of its rooms (including mine) overlook the Danube and Novi Sad. I had a comfortable spacious room with a sitting area. Good bathroom and wifi, and the management was helpful getting me a taxi for my train. I've been in hotel President, two times, in last twenty years. It has great location, in the big park, just two minutes walk to Palic lake. It is surrounded by the great nature, beautiful park, verry well meintained. Hotel, itself, is cosy, the personnel is helpful... Rooms are not big, maybe, they need renovation. Also, there is spa and pool, inside the hotel. My recommendations😊

For the price it's okay I suppose, however if you're willing to spend a bit more then do so, this place is kinda dirty, broken doors that don't close, creaking floors, broken hair dryers etc are all common things here as I went with a larger group and got a couple of rooms. The location near the lake is great however there is almost nothing else here and isn't close to the city.

The room needs a lot of repairs. Also the lack of an elevator makes the situation a bit difficult to carry suitcases. The breakfast is very poor and generally not worth the 125 euros we paid for one night. The highlight of all was the broken glass and the broken handles in the bathtub

I stayed there on our way from CZ to BG and back in August 2022. There is nothing I could possibly complain about. There is a few things I would like to point out: - close to the A1 highway - secured parking - spacious and clean room - restaurant - friendly staff - supermarket just a few meters on the same side of the road - you can pay by card everywhere

I'm rarely rate hotels on Google, but this one is extraordinary. Yes, it's usual hotel near the highway. But their workers do the difference. I made booking for wrong dates. They helped me to cancel it for free and match the price. We arrived after the kitchen was closed - the waiter in the restraint ordered pizza for us in a delivery service! Shame on them We asked for Karadjordjeva and we got live meat not even semi cooked. Raw as it can be. After we called a waiter to complain he said well what to tell you. We were very happy with our stay here. Breakfast at the restaurant was incredible and the person in charge of the restaurant, Milosh, was a delight. Filtered water was available on every floor and in the lobby, the parking area was perfect, it was in a secure gated area, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Best hotel in town. At the central location of Pancevo across the street from the park. Very lively restaurants and bars around. Walking distance to Tamis river and park. The hotel is above the restaurant called Hedonist. A bit tricky to find from Belgrade airport. The accommodation is in a great location, with quick access to the city and, which is rare, secure and convenient parking at the hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, as are the bed linens and towels. The only drawback is that the parties in the hotel and surrounding area make it a bit loud and can be heard in the room, but with earplugs or background music...

The receptionist was amazing when we couldn't find our way on a very dark rainy night. She sent us an SMS with specific directions and when we got there came out with an umbrella to make sure we stayed dry as we got in. The breakfasts were very good and included local food options. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room was a good size and very nice.

Nice and clean place with a very helpful and kind owner. The rooms are dog friendly, they have a parking lot (huge help in the middle of the city) and everything is in a walking distance. I can only recommend it!

We loved our stop here. We had the best welcome from the lovely owner who couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was very spacious and we even were allowed to use the washing machine upstairs which was a huge help. The location was perfect being right in the centre and with secure/ locked overground parking for our VW campervan. Perfect!

Very well placed in downtown. We had a room (10a) with two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom. Possibility to have a breakfast delivered in the room, not amazing but always helpful. Parking is inside a secured area. Access for wheelchair seems a bit difficult at the main entrance but then, there is elevator inside the building.

It’s a family owned hotel and they really are giving so much effort to keep everything in order and their clients satisfied. They were very polite and always happy to help. The room was clean, well organised and jacuzzi was a fantastic first-time experience. My girlfriend was really loving their cappuccinos. Overall, i rate this place 10 out of 10 and if possible, will stay here again in the future

We had a great experience staying there. We were just one night, with spa, so ot was short but very nice. Spa was great. Room service included, but you have to go on the reception to order (which we didn't mind) we got 'slatko od višanja' with our coffee, and that was a nice touch. Overall, a nice stay.

We had a wonderful vacation here with our baby. We enjoyed everything the place has to offer: it's very green, very relaxing and the pool is fantastic. The owners are lovely people, always there to help you with information or to make sure you have everything you need.

I got what I paid for and rooms were a good size. The gym and pool were great! The cleaning staff were excellent and if I could, I'd hug all the wonderful front desk ladies. It was a delightful stay and I'll be back one day.

Stayed in this hotel for one night and it was one of the best hotels i’ve been to. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Room was very clean and it was quiet at night. Hotel is close to a shopping center and also to the bus stop that takes you directly to city center. It wasn’t pricey at all and would 100% recommend to everyone who’s coming to Novi Sad.

Parked here when I was in town (their rate is 50 dinars/hr), also visited some of the stores. The building itself is clean and the courtyard is very nicely organized, decorated and it's bright. Has a public bathroom by the elevators which is well maintained.

I am fascinated how amazing this hotel is. The breakfast is 4/5, the rooms are really clean with expensive wood furniture. The hall for the meetings is also good, the carpet is a little bit weird but generally okay. The only thing they do not have a gym.

Hotel is architecturally rather sensational as the building has a massive empty inner space and many rooms also have thus windows to this side where it never rains. Nice view from the top floor restaurant which is surprisingly often empty. Excellent SPA
