The place looks like a palace from the lobby, although rooms are not that awesome, nor are the bathrooms. AC worked like it could not suffer the heat outside but it was only 23 C back then. Very good breakfasts and a mold in the room.. they have five stars but I think the hotel needs a modernization.

We spent 2 nights there (Friday & Saturday). The hotel itself is clean, the staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The furniture and the whole building needs a bit of refurbishment. WIFI works well, you need a code for the lobby area, but not in the room. The rooms are okay, however I could smell in my room if someone else smoked in the neighbouring rooms. There is a party place either in the hotel or very close nearby, the music is on until midnight and it is really loud, like you űare in the middle of the party, even if you close the windows.

Excellent service, clean and spacious rooms,good food, nice and helpful employees... My vacation was very pleasant and fulfilled .

Very poor experience. I've scheduled by phone and paid a massage in advance, and then when I showed up, the receptionist said there was nothing scheduled on me and they had no avaliable time in the schedule for next 4-5 days. To make things worse, they did not seem sorry by any stretch of imagination and they showed no respect nor desire to overcome the situation in any way, shape or form.

It is good, but should be much lighter pool, and also there is no waiter by the pool all time. Dressing room is really bad. Poor most likely.

Great service desk. Excellent massage therapists. Decent gym. Nice pool area. A little oasis in Novi Sad.
