Hotel Vojvodina in Zrenyanin

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had. The hotel management is extremely unprofessional and toxic – instead of solving problems, they often create uncomfortable scenes in front of guests, which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable.

The reception is another major issue – communication in English is barely possible, and if you try any other language, you’ll need a dictionary and a lot of patience. The staff seems confused and unprepared to assist guests, and there’s absolutely no sense of hospitality.

The food was disappointing – often undercooked, tasteless, and far below expectations. Prices are outrageously high for the quality offered. We expected much more for this level of service.

The only bright spot in this hotel is the staff of the restaurant and bar. They are kind, professional, always smiling, and ready to help – a true example of how hospitality should be done. Their service was impeccable and the only reason this review has even one star. The rest of the staff, including management, could learn a lot from them – how to treat guests with respect, how to work professionally, and how to truly deliver quality service.
