We stayed for one night and arrived late in the evening, so it was great that the reception was open 24/7. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, which we appreciated, but unfortunately there were stains on the furniture and some dirt in the bathroom—something I wouldn’t expect from a four-star hotel. On the positive side, the free parking was a big plus.

AMAZING STAFF - they really make the experience. very professional and very fun. the rooms are clean, comfortable with air con, good showers and big beds. there is no noise from other rooms which is great. and the location is pretty good close to all shops and the city centre.

We were very happy with our stay here. Breakfast at the restaurant was incredible and the person in charge of the restaurant, Milosh, was a delight. Filtered water was available on every floor and in the lobby, the parking area was perfect, it was in a secure gated area, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was large and comfortable.

Enjoyed my stay! The best thing I experienced in the city of Novi Sad was the breakfast and restaurant staff at Hotele AMI! After trying many street, food, dishes, and different things within the city, the best food offering was right at the hotel great cook great staff extremely fresh and nourishing can’t say enough about them! A+++

Not only is this in a bustling busy street next to two bus stops that have cars revving their engines super loud every 5 mins or more, thus we hardly got any restful sleep during our stay, thus we found the hotel and service here to be subpar. Shower had very low water pressure and there were stains all over the carpet. Just overall feels dirty here. We had to keep going downstairs to reactivate our room cards since they stopped working, several times.. I’m not sure if they aren’t used to a longer stay but they didn’t share why this kept happening so this was definitely inconvenient.. We borrowed an iron and the next day some cleaning staff rudely woke us up at 7:30 AM on a Saturday, to ask for it back when they had other irons in the hotel… Not the best hotel, it is in a nice central location but we did not feel comfortable here and stayed here for almost a week.

Apart from location, which we found convenient because of the parking on the property, this hotel is way below average. We had not seen the reviews before as we booked through another site, but the photos of the dirt must have been from our same room. Goes to show how long this hotel hasn’t been cleaned properly. On the 2nd day we returned to our room yearning for a shower but the room hadn’t been made and towels were not replaced. Safe broken and no one came to replace or fix it for the diary of our 3-day stay. The breakfast is very poor and the service in the restaurant during b’fast is terrible. Clearly no idea how to greet a guest with a smile and a good morning. I politely asked for the bread to be toasted or grilled and he instantly dismissed me. I insisted and he rudely took the bread into the kitchen, only to return in 10 seconds flat with the same slices of stale bread. Will never return!
