Due to the season I was able to keep my balcony door open and enjoy the cooler air as the hotel keeps the temperature set at a specific during warmer and cooler months

The hotel is a bit far from the city center and needs to be driven. The hotel's Wi-Fi access method is more troublesome. Everyone complains that the speed is not fast

Even though hotel is a bit retro style I found a comfortable bed, fast WiFi, minibar, lovely view to busy stations and met very friendly and professional people who love their job and offer a warm welcome

The Hotel Novi Sad is a jewel of 1979 architecture, of course rooms are renovated. The location right in front of Railway and Bus Station is most convenient

Superb customer service levels. Amazing spa which we almost had entirely to ourselves. Can’t fault it excellent. Location maybe closer to town but it’s so cheap for taxis.

Next to Freedom Square in the center of Novi Sad, St. Mary's Cathedral and the National Theater can be seen from the room and restaurant. The room is big and quite nice. Breakfast included, great value

Good not good When I arrived I was not impressed no parking available and the apts looked like a throw back to stalag 19! The door was hard to open as it had swelled but once inside it was lovely and modern and very bright only problem the smell like sewerage even with all windows open it was same and the place was full so couldn’t move really was bad mentioned it again at checkout and the guy shrugged...

The hotel is very big, the location is a bit remote, you need to drive to travel, there are no supermarkets and restaurants around, the hotel restaurant and breakfast are good, it is worth staying for a holiday

The rooms are nice, but in the New Years Party the food was not good, bad starter, bad main dish and desert. Nobody told us the party is over at 2AM. Other days the food was good.

this is a feedback for hotel; please consider how to improve your coffee service in the breakfast. there is one filter coffee machine but lady wanted to add water to alredy used coffe instead of adding new fresh coffee

Our week in Novi Sad was enhanced by our stay at the Hotel Vigor. The hotel was well placed, it is relatively easy to access everything by walking or taking the bus/taxi

The restaurant at the hotel is one of best restaurants in the area. If we had a complaint, it would be that they give you too much food. EVERYTHING we ate was delicious and we are foodies

Hotel Veliki is in a perfect location to the City Center. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the center. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. We didn’t know what to expect because we’re African American

They don’t have blackout curtains but they have these shutters that will keep any light out. If they are not open, you can’t tell if it’s day time. I slept soundly every night I was there

Wonderful vistas of the Danube and Novi Sad. Hotel Putnik has a nice breakfast buffet, good wifi, ample hot water in the shower. There's limited onsite parking but I was able to secure one of the spots available

Room is handicapped accessible, the staff is very friendly and helpful, place is clean it offers a garage, the ramp to enter the hotel could be better, but it’s manageable, I would not recommend it to someone going by them self ( if you are a Wheelchair user) you would need someone to help with the doors, parking gate etc

It is very close to the centre of Novi Sad (5mins walk), in a very quiet neighbourhood. It also has a closed parking which was very important for our bikes. If I visit Novi Sad again I will definitely choose it

This is not your traditional 24 hrs reception kind of hotel. However, it's just as convenient and code to enter after hours with secured parking. It's in a residential area, but close to the centre

We had the best welcome from the lovely owner who couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was very spacious and we even were allowed to use the washing machine upstairs which was a huge help

Nice and clean place with a very helpful and kind owner. The rooms are dog friendly, they have a parking lot (huge help in the middle of the city) and everything is in a walking distance. I can only recommend it!

It includes a great kitchen as well as a very comfortable queen size bed and great size shower. We also have a private courtyard to enjoy and the building has underground and off street parking if you need it

This is a small hotel, much like a bed and breakfast. The property was rundown and needed a good cleaning. The pool area and hot tubs had a beautiful view of the river, but the pool area needs an upgrade
